wonderful room, staff and property
cleaning staff putting pillows to the floor while changing the bedsheets
Young waiting staff very friendly. Facilities quite good in lovely surroundings
Food was over engineered, quality did not match the cost and the person in charge of breakfast was disorganised . Room were small for the price.
Etablissement très agréable, calme et confortable. Parfait pour un séjour en amoureux. Les chambres sont charmantes et très joliment décorées. L'accueil a été top et l'équipe aux petits soins tout au long du séjour.
Attention à l'accès aux plages en haute saison (qui sont pourtant à proximité de l'hôtel). N'hésitez pas à utiliser les vélos proposés sur place.

A lot of insects in the room.
The restaurant (including the breakfast) was too much of a “wanna be bistrot”. Sometimes on breakfast comfy food is needed - if i want a toast, is a simple toast, not a extra eloborated one.
Everytime time i leave or arrive to the hotel (going to the beach, to the town etc etc) i need to walk 250m under the sun of 37•c to get to the car.
Manque de rangement dans les chambres
Struttura molto bella ideale per almeno 3 giorni di relax. Posizione ottima vicino a Ciutadelle e spiagge iconiche dell’isola (Turqueta e Macarella).
Personale super attento, gentilissimo e rapido dalla reception (grazie Valentina di tutto!) al personale della colazione e della piscina.
Area piscina molto bella e rigenerante anche se molto soleggiata ma ci sono aree relax all’ombra sotto gli alberi di ulivo.
Servizio in camera e pool bar efficiente e di buona qualità.
Tragitto parcheggio/hotel 3 minuti a piedi ma faticoso sotto il sole di agosto: suggerirei di fornire sempre servizio navetta in casi di orari intensi.
Non abbiamo amato la cucina del ristorante interno L’Espiell che ci ha anzi lasciato la bocca amara (in ogni senso) e che sconsigliamo.
Gute Unterkunft in toller Lage. Ruhige, schöne Anlage mit gutem Essen.
WLAN ist leider schwach und der Pool ist etwas milchig.
