Pros:

Very nice hotel on Cobh waterfront. Easy walking distance to stores, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with a lovely view looking out over the bay. Big perk was the free parking.

We enjoyed our stay and would return but felt a few changes would really make it a great Hotel

Parking tight, not enough, street parking hectic with cruise ship buses, taxis & cars
Breakfast no fresh options like poached eggs etc, somethings were cold, staff not friendly/attentive or engaged, did not clear things as you ate only when left,
Could not sit outside for breakfast, pity not a rollout cover for when it rains could sit out if wanted and it would keeps seats dry roll it back when rain passes
The bedroom was stuffy and could only open window a small bit really need temperature conditioning on the wall for hot/cold

Relaxed and welcoming.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. It was a prime location to see what Cobh could offer. We were in walking distance of everything. We had a family room with a balcony right beside the Port as the Cruises arrived. Room one is perfect for 4 adults or for a young family. We were there for my Daughter's wedding and they gave us a late checkout so that we could organize ourselves . We also had a free parking space which is really important in Cobh a vibrant busy town day and night. I am planning to book this hotel again this year and would highly recommend it to other tourists. Thank you Waters Edge staff.

Die Lage, die Lage, die Lage ! Blick direkt auf die Bucht, Stadtzentrum, Titanic-Exp. und Bahnhof in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Hatten Glück und kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (Platz für ca. 12 Autos).
Frühstück o.k.

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt: ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hat gefehlt.
Sonst alles o.k.
