Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has never disappointed me. The staff are always warm, friendly, and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and consistently meet my expectations. Every stay has been a pleasant experience, and I'm always satisfied with both the service and the accommodation. everything! always go to place everytime i'm in batam. we even extended a night stay during this trip. makasih om ferdi and the other staff!

Cons:

we thought we could extend the stay in the same room but unfortunately was assigned to a different room and the antislip mat was very dirty

Pros:

It is so comfortable to stay in, and the shopping mall and the shop houses are nearby for just few minutes walks. The breakfast is good as well with choices of food we can have for breakfast. The staff are freindly too. I will book again with this hotel in the future.

I still like to stay there and had returned multiple times.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and accessible to Nagoya Hill Mall. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

I stayed in room 811 and the stench of the bathroom was quite bad. I did inform the staff to have it sprayed with air fresher but was not useful. Vegan and vegetarian choices during breakfast very minimal.

建物は立派だが、運営がいまひとつ。

部屋は広く、快適で、周りのホテルの中でも立派なホテルだと思います。

Cons:

I Hotel　の名称で２か所あり、タクシーの運転手さんも間違えるほど。これは、どこへ行くにもストレスになった。
対外的に　I Hotel 〇〇、I Hotel●●　との表記が必要では。フロントに聞いたら、両ホテルは同じ会社で、運営が別とのこと。
洗面所に小タオル（この４星クラスのホテルでは、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルの２種類は通常あると思う）がなく、ほかの部屋を清掃中だった若い男性スタッフに言うと、反抗的な態度で、２種類または３種類のタオル常備が、通常であることに全く理解を示さなかった。結局、小さなお粗末なタオルを渡された（このスタッフは、多分ほかのホテルの設備、備品を理解していないのでは？）。
