Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, very close to the city centre — easy to walk or you can also take the bus. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Being woken up at 5.30am this morning by a truck removing liquid waste ....

Room above mine last night was occupied by a family with children running around till 10pm, TV up loud and parents yelling at children. Had to call reception to deal with this, it promptly was.

We had a great experience at Arkaba. Would stay again.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, room was amazing, it was the gather round weekend and we were given lots of free gifts and meals vouchers. A lovely and unexpected surprise so we spent most of our spare time in the hotel and enjoyed it.

Cons:

The parking is free but outside the shopping.
