Great amenities and great staff.
Pros:

Beautiful views and amenities. They had a kids club with an entertainer and supervision on site, offering various activities almost all day long, for the little ones. Staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

Highly recommend to rent a car especially if visiting with kids as the closest traditional tavernas and other restaurants are a bit of a walk. The hotel has its own restaurants for lunch and dinner, 3 options, however without a car someone is limited to the hotel restaurants only which I found are not good value for money. If you visit the area you might as well try the traditional tavernas around.

Es war eine gute Zeit.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Großes Zimmer. Toller Pool. Sonniges Wetter.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel etwas entfern von den nächsten Tavernas - zu Fuß benötigt man leider ca. 35-40min. Die Preise für das Essen im Hotel waren, meiner Meinung nach, sehr hoch - Spaghetti Bolognese kosteten 18,00 Euro.

Sophisticated stays at this property!
Pros:

The property was breathtaking! The attention to detail was amazing! The welcome note with treats was so inviting and the staff was amazing with helping us make arrangements both at the property and off the property. The breakfast was immense and the views were stunning. No need to go anywhere other than the property while you’re there!

Cons:

We loved it all and will be back!

Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte drăguț, in special Alexandra care spre surprinderea mea este româncă si ne-am înțeles bine. Curățenia a fost facuta zilnic, camera era izolata fonic si copii au putut dormi liniștiți.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut ideea de a comanda micul dejun sau cafeaua scanand codul QR. Mi-ar fi placut sa imi iau eu exact cantitatea de mâncare pe care stiu ca o pot manca. (Mi se pare risipă in condițiile in care copiii nu mănâncă o portie mare si restul a ajuns la gunoi).
Nu mi-a placut ca locul de joaca din exterior nu are mai nimic in afara de un leagan si un tobogan si de asemenea ca nu te poti duce cu copilul daca nu este nimeni acolo. Am încercat o data si locul era închis. De asemenea credeam ca in locul de joaca din interior se pot juca copiii cum vor ei, nu neaparat sa faca o activitate anume....

מלון ברמה גבוהה עם עיצוב מדהים.
Pros:

החדרים גדולים ונוחים.מיטה איכותית.גינון המלון מדהים.הספא מצוין.חוף הים כייפי לשהיה.
את החדר ניקו כל יום והחליפו מגבות .צוות נעים.

ניתן לגוון את ארוחת הבוקר.כדאי להוסיף גבינות בבוקר.רצוי שיהיה מקום למקלחת והחלפת בגדים אחרי צק אאוט והמתנה ליציאה לטיסה

Pros:

Excellent location right above the beach, clean, very nice room. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

They had a "private" event in the restaraunt in which they had very loud music. You could not stay at the pool or at the beach below. We had to leave for another spot far from the hotel. When you organise such events you should respect the rest visitors. Other than that well organized facility

Not Bad but definitely not good either
Pros:

There was not really much to like, it was an overall very disappointing stay, which I will cover in detail below. A few staff were standouts, and credit to them but they were definitely overworked being there at least 12 hours a day, I could see the same faces exhausted, definitely illegal. Others most likely new staff that were untrained running around like headless chickens accomplishing nothing, so it was a mixed bag with the staff. Facilities ok, room ok. A junior suite in name only.

Cons:

First off let's start with the booking for this hotel, so the negatives started before I even got there:

READ THE FINE PRINT CAREFULLY ON THIS LISTING BEFORE YOU BOOK.
1. There is an extra charge for kids amount to an extra 20 euros per day.
2. They demand a 300 euro deposit upon check in for incidentals. I ended up spending way more than that, because after all its ink the middle of nowhere so what are you gonna do for food and drink? But it's the way they go about it that truly sucks. Let the customer charge to the room and pay at the end of the stay like most hotels do!

It's all about the money here, very expensive, there are no receipts giving for your charges so you must be extra vigilant for your purchases, some times they give you a receipt to sign most of the time not AND they never give you a copy unless you demand it.

The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the breakfast. A piss poor selection consisting of a few crackers, bread, cereal, plain cucumber and tomato, a few bananas that would disappear immediately and that's about it. Plus you can choose from about seven breakfast options from the QR code menu. There were no olives no feta cheese, no cheese at all for that matter, no ham, turkey, salami or any cold cuts, no of the things you would expect to find at a 5 star hotel. I'm sure there is prison food with a wider variety than what I ate. 2 to go coffees during breakfast were charged.

Lunch and dinner very limited options my orzo with shrimp was pre made and reheated in the microwave zoo piping hot, shrimp stone cold. The seaside restaurant, even worse, full of mosquitos, very expensive, poor selection, and you have to wait for everything to come from the main kitchen half a mile away. Zero points for food and beverage.

Όμορφο και family-friendly ξενοδοχείο
Pros:

Ένας όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος, με άνετη πισίνα και ωραίες ξαπλώστρες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και το ξενοδοχείο είναι ιδιαίτερα family friendly, με αρκετές δραστηριότητες για παιδιά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Cons:

Η ποιότητα του φαγητού και η ποικιλία στο πρωινό θα μπορούσαν να είναι καλύτερες.

Άριστο και πάρα πάρα πολύ φιλικό και ευχάριστο προσωπικό έτοιμο να εξυπηρετήσει.
