Pros:

We had a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. Everything was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

On the downside, the décor felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Getting through the "locked" doors was oddly confusing and made access more complicated than it should be. There was also a strange smell in some areas.

Posizione eccellente per visitare la città. Camera essenziale, pulita e accogliente.

Cons:

Per un hotel quattro stelle e per la fascia di prezzo, ci si potrebbe aspettare qualche cura in più nel servizio.
La disposizione degli arredi nella camera rendeva angusto uno spazio che altrimenti sarebbe stato più che sufficiente.

The cleaner just knocked the door once and came in side room while my partner was top off me.

Hotel location was great, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The toilet door is just a glass door. Our TV kept turning off randomly. The water temperature for shower would change erratically.
