Quirky but enjoyable stay
Pros:

Excellent location for the Royal Parks Half Marathon and Exhibition Road. Friendly staff. Quirky. Complimentary soft drinks in the room. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Ensuite more generously proportioned than the bed room.

Cons:

Tiny dining tables! Bar area very small. Few places to sit in a comfy chair to enjoy a drink outside of the featured eating areas. Only one chair in the bedroom as it was very small.

Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, high end, great neighbourhood, close to tube and shops/food. Rooms were quiet (and we faced a busy street). Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Front desk person not terribly friendly or welcoming. Our room not spacious. Bathroom very dark - had to stand next to windows for extra light. Could use a magnify mirror with lights. Otherwise no complaints
