The restaurant/bar was not so great… but there were so many excellent options in the neighborhood.
Amazing location to visit the museums, lot of nice restaurants and Hyde Park in the neighbourhood
Beautiful rooms with comfy beds and well functioning showers
Highlight was the science afternoon tea - perfect with our 6 yo
Games room was a nice bonus (although air conditioned to too low temperature)
Very kind and professional staff (except one lady in the breakfast, see below)
Breakfast was of good quality but it took 20 min to get scrambled eggs - confusing mix of buffet and long wait for eggs - please make eggs also available in the buffet. Especially with a child way too long wait. Also in the first morning a lady who explained us the system had a very strong accent and when we couldn’t understand her raised her voice on us which was rude and not helpful.
LOCATION AND HOSPATALITY
Perfectly clean, which is something very important to me, close to imperial and the station and in a great location too. Wonderful staff and the bed was so comfortable and the whole hotel is a perfectly cool temperature for the summer. Food was good too

Incredible location, steps away from tube and bus. Walking distance to V&A, Science and natural history museums, Royal Albert hall, Kensington gardens, etc.

The room, especially the bathroom, is pretty small and it could get uncomfortable at times.

EL hotel es muy lindo, la ubiacion excelente, a media cuadra del underground, de bares y restaurants, de los muesosy de Hyde Park, Lo unico que me parecio la habitacion un poco chica, el placard es muy pequeño y el baño no tiene lugar para nada. La bandeau para el te y el cafe estaba dentro del armario. Y se enchufaba asi.
