Great location and very lovely staff.
Pros:

Very comfortable room. We were upgraded free of charge which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel were beautifully decorated and all the ammenities and restaurants were excellent. Fantastic location close to many attractions in walking distance and the Underground was minutes away which was very convenient.

Good location , comfortable hotel, tastefully decorated, food could have been better.
Pros:

Good location to tube station,
Tasteful decor, comfortable beds and room.

Cons:

For a 5 star small luxury hotels of the world , I felt the food let it down slightly. Very basic food menu, not much attention to way food was presented, eg no garnish or sauces … I was expecting slightly more for the money , cocktails bit disappointing.
Apart from food it a good hotel with polite staff

Pleasant but would pay for a larger room if staying longer than one night
Pros:

Location superb, great for museums & very close to South Kensington tube station. Excellent shower., good sized mirror & a full length mirror.

Cons:

Room was very small, without much natural light. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom eg to put make up on.

Pros:

Brilliant hotel. Fabulous location.

Very clean, luxurious stay.
