La ubicacion es en el corazon del centro historico y el hotel está relativamente cerca de practicamente todo, usando buenos horarios de trafico para transportarse es muy comodo y rapido moverse.
El desayuno es muy rico pero siempre vas a tener cargos extras porque el que viene incluido siento que no es sifuciente para estar satisfecho.

The rooftop restaurant and pool area are lovely, and the staff there is very friendly. Breakfast is simple but very good, and the service was great. Excellent location, and street noise isn't much of an issue.The bed was great!
The check-in process was unpleasant due to the staff at reception—they were rude and arrogant, and honestly shouldn't be working in hospitality. They demand a $2,500 MXN credit card hold simply because 'it's the rule,' but this is never specified anywhere during the booking process. They were extremely condescending. As for the room, the lighting in the bathroom area was terrible,there isn't enough light to do your makeup or get ready, nor was there an outlet to plug in a hair dryer. The bathroom DOES NOT HAVE A DOOR, just a very thin curtain. Inside the shower, THERE IS NOWHERE TO HANG A TOWEL (though there are hooks near the toilet, God only knows why). They also don't provide feminine hygiene products like pads or tampons. They position themselves as a luxury hotel, yet fail to cover the absolute basics.

The location is perfect to explore the downtown area of Mexico City. In addition there are 2 great restaurants in the lobby area, plus the hotel bar has a rooftop bar. The breakfast is set in a beautiful covered setting, with a good choice on the menu and reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean, and well designed.

Beautiful style and great location to explore the old town. The menus are delicious and everything that you could need is there to make the stay enjoyable.
It is around a courtyard so just don’t expect it to be quiet during opening hours.
Room was very spacious and soundproof.
We wanted to be in the middle of World Cup festivities and it was an excellent option for that purpose.
Lighting in bathroom is very poor. Difficult to put makeup on.
Breakfast menu free options are very restricted.
