According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check in from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

O hotel é excelente, muito bem localizado, com apartamentos amplos e limpos. As camas são muito confortáveis, assim como a roupa de cama. Os apartamentos têm muitas comodidades (geladeira, fogão, máquina de lavar etc.) que tornam a estadia confortável e tranquila. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos, com atitude proativa para resolver todas as situações. O café da manhã é bom!

Tudo muito bom. O café da manhã é satisfatório. O quarto é excelente, na verdade dois quartos, cozinha com todos os ítens necessários, ideal para família. Camas, banheiros, ar condicionado, tudo OK. E a equipe é fantástica, todos muito simpáticos. Em especial o Derrick, muito gentil e solícito. E a piscina aquecida também foi bem aproveitada por nós e nossos filhos.
Só tivemos uma experiência ruim com o restaurante. Pelo que entendi, é terceirizado. Na primeira noite tentamos pedir algo pelo telefone do quarto com o cardápio disponibilizado que tem sei lá quatro, cinco opções como: pizza, risoto, lanches...Ligamos pedindo risoto, a moça respondeu que nesse dia não tinha...perguntamos então pelas pizzzas e ela disse que nesse dia também não teria...Tentamos então frango a parmeggiana, ela respondeu que iria verificar se tinha frango descongelado e voltou dizendo que infelizmente também não seria possível...Desistimos mas, por sorte, tem uma padaria muito boa em frente ao hotel que serve lanches e refeições. Mas tirando isso o hotel é fantástico.

Excelente apartamento. Limpeza, conforto e localização impecáveis. Funcionários extremamente solícitos, especialmente Derrick e Andressa. Há uma padaria na frente do flat que serve refeição e com bastante variedades de opções. Sopa excelente.
Apartamento magnífico, atendimento excelente e lugar maravilhoso! Amei!
