Die Lage, die Architektur, die Ausstattung, und vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren außergewöhnlich. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, mit einem ebenfalls großen Badezimmer - separater Dusche und Bad. Tolle Produkte wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Kleine Gesten haben uns den Aufenthalt verschönert (kleine Geschenke, und andere zuvorkommende Gesten).
Die Kulisse ist jedes Mal atemberaubend, vom Aufwachen bis hin zum Abendessen und auch sämtliche Gänge und öffentliche Räume haben jeweils einen prächtigen Ausblick und sind wunderbar eingerichtet worden. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, den Spa-Bereich zu nutzen, werden aber beim nächsten Mal bestimmt davon profitieren. Der Fitness-Raum ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Personal in den Restaurants (auch das Raiva, Michelin) ist leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. Der Rotwein kam kurz bevor wir fertig gegessen haben. Sehr schade.
Das Essen hingegen war super gut und sehr schön angerichtet. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Dass man die Eierspeisen separat bezahlen muss, ist aus meiner Sicht bei diesen Zimmerpreisen unverständlich. Der Kaffee ist schrecklich.
