Location, beautiful breakfast and staff.
Pros:

The breakfast and staff who worked in this area were wonderful. The lovely young gentleman who provided room service and bar work, especially the young man with the small beard who provided cups of tea latter part of the day was very respectful and courteous. The little bar fridge filled each day was a lovely touch

Cons:

The rooms were quite dark and for older persons it was difficult to see. A distressed small child cried every morning close by our room making it difficult to sleep in.

Can’t wait to stay again when we next visit Valencia
Pros:

Very quiet location lovely clean rooms all staff were incredibly warm and welcoming

Cons:

We encountered some difficulty accessing the property as we traveled by car but this was more due to lane challenges etc while driving in Valencia

außergewöhnlich herzlicher Empfang, mehrsprachig, mit einem Begrüßungsdrink. Anschließend wurde man auf s Zimmer begleitet und das Zimmer erklärt sowie die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels vorgestellt.
Außergewöhnliches modernes Design in einem umgebauten Stadtpalast - eine großartige Symbiose.
Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, gute Betten , lautlose Aircondition.
Gutes Frühstück in besonderem Ambiente.

Fun and enjoyable trip to Valencia, Spain
Pros:

This hotel is truly a gem. I visited Valencia Spain with friends in late June and early July, 2026. After a flight mix up, we did not arrive at the hotel unti 1:00 am and they were ready for us and got us up to our rooms immediately. The staff was phenominal! The hotel is clean and the rooms are extremely comfortable. We chose to have breakfast included which did not disappoint. Fresh fruit, cheeses and meats, bite size pastries which changed daily and were delicious. You could also opt to order hot food, including eggs and all the trimmings, porridge (oatmeal), etc., - all of which was very good. I would like to do a special shout out to the staff in the breakfast area. Sonya and Cat, those were the two women I dealt with and they were amazing. Sonya rembered our coffee preferences along with the regularly ordered foods. She was top notch!!!!!!! The hotel was very quiet and no issues with disturbing noise. The location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of Valencia's Old Town and easy to walk to and from much of the center. The lobby had a small bar area with bar seating and chairs and tables which was quite enjoyable to relax in. This is definitely a place I would return to and stay when I get back to Valencia Spain.

Decent stay; one or two areas for improvement

Excellent location in the old city, we could walk to most restaurants
Staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings

Cons:

It felt understaffed
Noisy mornings: we were next to an elementary school playground
There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom
No face towels
