Excellent location, room and staff
Pros:

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, noticeably polite compared to other hotels! Also love the free fresh barista drinks ordered as room service and brought to your room. There are a lot of art pieces scattered around the hotel with info tags and this extends to the room; found it funny that the "concrete ceiling - 21st century" should be considered as art too!

Cons:

The water pressure in our room's shower was quite weak so would need a bit longer to finish

Mit der sehr guten Lage, dem hervorragenden Personal und dem Zimmer war die Woche hervorragend.
Pros:

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer war die Möblierung elegant, aber zu spärlich. Mir fehlte eine „gemütliche Ecke“

From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible. Would definitely book The Caro again.
Pros:

Beautiful dining area for breakfast with a great choice of buffet. From delicious pastries to fresh fruit and yoghurt. My poached eggs were cooked to perfection.

Couldn’t fault anything.

Luxe en service midden in het historische centrum!
Pros:

Het vriendelijke personeel, de heerlijke locatie midden in het historisch centrum, het perfect verzorgde ontbijt en de het terras aan mijn kamer. Het feit dat we via het hotel toegang kregen tot een hippe rooftop bar was ook zeker een pluspunt!

Cons:

Ik weet niet of dit echt als een tegenvaller te beschouwen valt, maar wij sliepen voor het eerst in het nieuwe gebouw en dat komt dus helemaal niet overeen met de foto's die op booking.com staan, misschien is dit ondertussen aangepast. De nieuwe kamers waren heel proper en ik had een heerlijk terras, maar ik denk wel dat het een beetje misleidend is omdat de kamers in het hoofdgebouw wellicht origineler, unieker zijn.

Localisation parfaite tout comme le confort !
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse, disposait d'une très grande baignoire ainsi que d'une grande douche et de plusieurs rangements. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre, tout est accessible à pied. Le petit déjeuner qui est en fait un vrai brunch était excellent.

Le personnel était très sympathique et aux petits soins (accueil et explications en français, petit déjeuner personnalisé...).

Il y a un room service 24h/24 avec café/thé/minibar inclus.

Cons:

L'insonorisation de la chambre pourrait être un petit peu améliorée mais ce n'est qu'un détail !
