Personel, Konum ve Temizliği Çok İyi
Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmel. 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde metro durağı var. Şehrin her yanına rahatlıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bulunduğu yer ise, İspanya'nın meşhur kültürü olan Boğa güreşlerinin yapıldığı Plaza del Torro'nun hemen yanı. Kaldığımız odanın terası vardı ve Plaza'ya bakıyordu. Son derece güzeldi. Oda gayet büyüktü. İki kişi valizlerimizi yaysak dahi son derece rahat hareket edilcek durumdaydı. Banyosu tertemiz ve genişti. Odaların temizliğini de son derece titizlikle yapıyorlar. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz. Madrid'e tekrar geldiğimde tercih edeceğim oteldir.

LA MAYOR ESTAFA DE MI VIDA

No me he sentido más estafada en mi vida! Lo único bueno del hotel son Paula y Yunes que muchas gracias por vuestra atención y empatía! Espero que a la mal educada de la recepción le enseñen modales que falta les hace!

Cons:

Primero el precio desorbitado que fueron 280€ la noche, llegué a las 23:00, hice mi check in, subí a la habitación ( voy operada de una muñeca con una raja de 10puntos, para poneros en situación) deshago mi maleta, m doy una ducha y voy acostarme… comienza la aventura… no va la tele, no va el teléfono, no va el wifi, total bajo a recepción estando en la última planta ya a las 12 d la noche, sube el Muchacho muy apañado y muy profesional todo sea dicho, y no consigue arreglarme el televisor, total me quedo sin tele, me conecta el teléfono q era x eso x lo q no funcionaba… nos dan casi las 1:00 entre unas cosas y otras… xk su opción fue cambiarme de habitación que ocurre que me estoy valiendo de una mano… si ya me costó acomodarme en la habitación que tenía me parecía una pesadilla volver a cambiarme… total me aguanto y me quedo en la habitación… al día siguiente se soluciona el problema.
DÍA 2: m voy a la ducha m lavo el pelo como puedo… y voy a secármelo el secador no llega a un minuto y se me para… espero… espero… no tengo secador en la habitación… llamo a recepción y me trajeron uno… gracias de nuevo Yunes.
DÍA 3: hablo con Roxana la jefa y su solución fue que el Compañero me ofreció otra habitación y que yo no la Cogí y que los secadores es que son así x seguridad… he estado en muchísimos hoteles con esos secadores y sé que se paran pero no al minuto y vuelven a funcionar!
Así que si queréis pagar un módico precio de 280€ la noche para no tener productos de nada champú gel es el Mismo y ni tele ni secador ni teléfono ven al Ibis de las ventas… ha sido mi primera experiencia en ibis pero no la repetiré jamas!!
Ostras pero es que ya se lo comento a la chica de recepción que no voy a poner su nombre, y me dice: que vaya que allí nunca pasa nada y que a mí m está pasando todo… 😅
La reclamación la dejé hecha en consumo x cierto!!

Pros:

O hotel fica próximo da Estação de metrô “Ventas” . Tem supermercado e restaurantes próximos. Quarto padrão. Café da manhã muito bom , buffet livre . Hóspedes tem desconto com
um voucher que pegamos na recepção do hotel. Pagamos €10 por pessoa. Os funcionários são extremamente gentis e disponíveis.

Cons:

O custo foi bem elevado , mas como havia a corrida de Fórmula 1 na cidade , certamente influenciou no custo da estado.

La habitación que nos toco tenía poca luz. El plato de ducha un poco amarillo aunque la limpieza era buena.
144€ me parece un precio excesivo para el tipo de habitación y los servicios.
