A comfortable, relaxing and refreshing stay.
Pros:

Where to begin - the location, balcony view, inifinity pool, large patio, the beach club was spectacular. The freshness and broad variety offered for the breakfast buffet was top notch. All of the staff were extremely helpful and at times went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

Cons:

That our time there was too short! LOL The 2€ each way fee for the Beach Club shuttle was a bit petty, but understandable I suppose.

Vincenzo made the trip memorable within a beautiful location.
Pros:

Vincenzo and his team were exceptional, the service was impeccable, the best we have experienced in any hotel restaurant. He made the stay thoroughly enjoyable and was the reason we chose to eat in the restaurant a second evening. The facilities were all great although the bedroom was a little small. Restaurant, views & pool were exceptional.

Cons:

Upon checkout we had some queries where items had been left off our bill and our booking agent took a payment under this reference when this was not passed on to the hotel. I feel the reception staff could have been more helpful and empathetic when checking the items within the restaurant. They got there in the end but it made the last few hours of the stay unpleasant and we left earlier than planned. We were also told that we would be charged extra for staying around the pool before our flight when the receptionist confirmed earlier that there would be no charge. At 305 euros per night I would expect a little leeway.

Pros:

Las vistas son muy bonitas, y los camareros del desayuno muy amables. El desayuno esta correcto. Y la zona de la piscina es muy linda también.

Cons:

La habitación no está a la altura del precio que pagamos. La cama y los cojines son muy incomodos y las sabanas y las toallas huelen a producto químico de limpieza muy malo.

Hotel Mary was a beautiful and wonderful hotel!
Pros:

The property has a stunning location overlooking the Bay of Naples. The infinity pool, lounging area around the pool and outdoor bar overlooked the bay. It was beautiful!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel and rooms were very clean! Great value for the money.
The service at the restaurant was the best I ever experienced!!! The value for the money was outstanding.
I would definitely recommend and stay at Hotel Mary again.

Cons:

The only drawback was the sea club only had stairs down to the water and no beach. The facilities were nice, just not the best access to the water. Especially when the wind is blowing and the water rough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Mary for our honeymoon
Pros:

The staff was fantastic, specifically the restaurant staff. Breakfast was amazing, and despite planning to visit a few restaurants nearby we ended up staying in to eat at the hotel more than once because it was such a lovely experience (due to how special the wait staff makes you feel). The views are stunning and the pool set up was great

Cons:

The mattress in our room was pretty awful, and the bathtub/shower with the small glass panel was a bit odd.. but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much
