Best stay in the most amazing hotel in Vico
Pros:

Everything!
The breakfast was delicious with an amazing view.
Staff are so friendly and welcoming thank you!

The pool area is so lovely to chill out in after a days walking and pool is well heated.

They clean your room daily as well.

Loved this hotel,
Made our trip very enjoyable.

Mold growing on walls & ceiling

Honestly there was not much to like. The “family room” had no view, no ventilation and was filled with mold.

Cons:

The room we were given was filled with mold. The staff would not listen to my concerns. Staff that have no education or training on the issue argued with me that this was “just paint.” I’ve death with mold. I’ve studied this. They were not telling the truth and tried to keep us in an unsafe room. The issue had obviously been painted over and sprayed with bleach, instead of properly fixed. The room also smelled of strong chemicals. Horrible experience. I do not recommend.

A good hotel in a great location
Pros:

The view from the restaurant and room it was small and intimate, vico equense is lovely

Cons:

No tea coffee in room no water in room the mattress and pillows a little hard . You had to pay to use the shuttle to the beach club , you also had to pay to use spa area !

Zdjęcia pokoi niestety trochę mijają się z rzeczywistością.
Pros:

Widok z balkonu i tarasu restauracyjnego piękny. Obsługa stara się.

Cons:

Pokoje małe, obdrapane ściany/meble. Łazienki niestety również pełne osadu kamiennego. Śniadania również bardzo ubogie.

La comodidad, personal muy servicial dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier momento. Hemos viajado mucho y nos hemos alojado en hoteles fantásticos y a pesar que este no esta entre los mejores, su comodidad, servicios y repito la excelencia del personal lo hacen totalmente recomendable. Ideal para visitar la costa amalfitana si dispones de vehículo. Estancia super agradable y facil.
