Radisson was a very pleasant experience for us, the staff were very sweet.
Recently we have done our Apollo corporate event with Radisson Blu Egmore hotel. Very honest feedback. Good proper response and hospitality from Balakrishnan throughout the event

Location is central is good. Concearge staff and door staff is excellent and friendly.
Reception staffs are quite rude, None of them has smile and welcome face. No thank you and no greeting such as good morning and good afternoon.
Room has phone but really functional, one phone didn't work at all. TV remote not functional. For a start hotel its very poor.
Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the filter coffee was exceptional. The room was comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. What really stood out most was the customer service — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They genuinely made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
There was hardly any lounge area to comfortably meet and greet guests, and the downstairs lobby felt a little cramped and crowded at times. Also, when we first arrived there was quite a strong smell coming from the nearby river, which was a bit off-putting initially.
Laundry supervisor Satya done excellent job giving Cloath on urgent time.

She is definitely an asset for Radisson hotel.
