Loved it!
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, staff all were soooo friendly especially Kieran & Suzanna!

A gem that offers everything..
Pros:

We found an amazing place to recover during our west Highlands roadtrip. The hotel provided 5star accommodation. It was clean and welcoming, offered a well thought through menu and fantastic hospitality from the staff.

Hôtel d’étape un peu vieillot.
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le restaurant n’était pas opérationnel en raison d’un problème d’eau. L’hôtel n’a même pas proposé de bouteille d’eau gratuite pour compenser le fait que l’eau n’était pas potable. Décoration très désuète.

A Lovely place to stay but could do better
Pros:

The Location was good peaceful location even tho main road next to it breakfast was good and staff was friendly

Cons:

The room wasn't comfortable it was quite warm even tho window was open could do with air conditioning plus the seals for dinner I felt were too small in portions for the price you were paying plus te price I paid on booking .com which was abt 600 pounds was quite a lot abd didn't reflect in my stay there I expected more for what I paid for

Nice little hotel in a great location
Pros:

In a beautiful location this hotel has nicely decorated rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and our stay was very good.

Très bonne étape pour prendre le ferry à Malaig.
Pros:

Accueil du personnel, restauration et petit-déjeuner. Plats simples, mais bons et copieux. Chambres spacieuses. On se sent comme dans npension de famille.

Cons:

Bizarrement, l'eau sanitaire était un peu jaune, en tout cas pas claire. Dommage, il y avait une baignoire, on aurait bien pris un bain. Etait-elle vraiment potable?

Patron très sympathique (nous a gentiment échangé une bière qui ne nous convenait pas).
Literie confortable.

Notation Booking totalement surévaluée.
9.1 c'est juste hallucinant ! Il est indiqué que l'hôtel se situe à 0.5km du centre ; le problème c'est qu'il n'y a pas de village donc par conséquence pas de centre. Juste l'hôtel et la gare et rien d'autre à des km (ou plutôt des miles) à la ronde. J'aurai aimé avoir une explication à ce sujet.
Quant au prix : totalement disproportionné !

Pros:

The staff did the best of the situation.

Cons:

The water had a yellow color and the shower almost no water, it was difficult to be clean in the shower. A lot of food was just in the menu you cant order it.
