Pros:

Location, property and parking very good..Rooms good size, shower room needs refurbishment but ok for sort breaks. No breakfast but tea/coffee facility in room included.

Very good value, useful location
Pros:

Right near to main road. Spacious room. Plenty of tea/coffee. Nice clean bedding. Good value. Would stay again.

Cons:

It would have been very useful to have a small fridge. The bathroom could do with updating. Where the seal on the shower screen had perished it caused me to flood the bathroom door. I would still come back though.

Large clean room at a good price. Ideal for short stay.
Pros:

Nice big clean room with everything you needed. Large bathroom with plenty of hot water.Parking directly outside room.

Cons:

Beds could of been a bit better quality but ok for a couple of nights stay. No option for breakfast,

For the money Ashiana exceeded expectations & the Indian Restaurant was so good!

Pros:

Cheap clean and convenient. All cable channels,v hot and clean showers,comfy bed

Cons:

Bathroom towels way too small, no one there for check out so had to leave key on the room table.

Convenient, comfortable and next to the hotels excellent Indian Restaurant
Pros:

The convenience of being to park my car outside my room, very short walk to the restaurant and bar, Bedroom and bathroom were spacious.
The restaurant food, atmosphere and staff were absolutely brilliant. Based on this alone I would give it 5 stars.

Cons:

Carpets were marked in places with some spillage, shower in bathroom spilled out onto floor as seal below glass side was not fitted correctly. I couldn't find a switch for the bedroom lights near the beds, the only switch being just inside the room door.
