Not great.
Pros:

The location was in between the city centre and the train station

Cons:

The beds were very dirty and the sheets were too small so you could see the dirty bedding. Also the bathroom was very bad

Cons:

ユニットバスの洗面台や、バスタブの部分が汚かったり壊れていたり、小蝿が飛んでたりしたのがガッカリポイントでした。

Nice stay with the river view
Pros:

Very nice common area downstairs with free complimentary tea and coffee. Great location next to the river and the buzzy area of the city with bars, restaurants and shops. The room was quite small but enough for two people. We had nice river view.

Cons:

No sockets. It's really impressive but the room has 0 places to charge your appliances. Only USB-charging points.
The single spot where you can charge your phone is in the bathroom.
The bathtub looks rusty, but acceptable. The breakfast is overpriced.

The perfect stay in Hiroshima
Pros:

We got upgraded to a very spacious room with great views. Very comfy bed, great location by the river and close to down town. The Japanese buffet breakfast is also awesome.

Cons:

The bathroom could need refurbishment, but for the room rate we paid this is totally fine. Everything was very clean as usual in Japan.
