The restaurant ... food was below average the nicest part was the free bread and unfortunately the bartender did not know how to make the cocktails we asked for. The.staff however were very lovely
Very good location. We spent our first night here in Tokyo and there was a lot too do within walking distance. Very clean and neat.

It was raining but that is not the fault of the hotel. Umbrella dryers and wrappers are cool though.

The hotel was an easy walk from the Asakusa train station. The rooftop bar area provided a beautiful view in the evening, overlooking the local streets and further afield. The room was sizeable for Japan standards and allowed room for suitcases and walking around. Very comfortable king sized single beds, with a separate bathroom. The provision of pyjamas and slippers allowed us to easily relax in the room in the evening. The room temperature was just right too. The staff were very friendly and helpful
There was very little to dislike, maybe a stand for the suitcase may have been a benefit. We weren't sure if the water bottles on the desk were free or charged, so didn't use them. Maybe a water jug would have been a benefit also.

Nice hotel in a convenient location, very small rooms as expected for downtown Tokyo. Nice rooftop view. Everything was a bit smaller than anticipated but overall very pleasant
Would not help out with storing 2 suitcases for more than a few hours so that was kind of disappointing.
