Excelente escolha no coração de Praga
Pros:

Quartos espaçoso, extremamente bem decorados, climatização perfeita , cama confortável e equipe atenciosa. Café da manhã muito bom e localização perfeita.

Cons:

A acústica dos quartos não é 100%. Não nos atrapalhou em nada, mesmo em um final de semana com muitos jovens nas ruas.

Great Location
Pros:

Location of this hotel was excellent with great view to the river.

access to all point of interest with walking distance.

loved it as it was 2 floors and separte room for us and my daughter.
Tha AC was great.

Perfect centralized location
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with great amenities, I am really pleased we chose this hotel as it is extremely centralized to everything. It is literally a 1 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square with plenty of gift shops and bars on the way. There is a small shop on the same building as the hotel facing the main road which sells drinks, ice creams and pizza. Breakfast was really nice with plenty to choose from, cereals, pancakes, toast, bacon and eggs etc Rooms were clean but we unfortunately had a issue with the air conditioning in our room, considering we arrived on the hottest day of the year with temperatures reaching 40 degrees, we were given the top floor room 401 and the air con did not work, to be honest the air con was only in the upstairs bedroom and even then it was barely working, the downstairs bedroom had nothing. Peter on reception was more than accommodating and tried his best providing fans but this did not help in these temperatures, after a very uncomfortable night due to the heat we asked to move rooms and Peter sorted this no problem at all, luckily there was space for one night in another room to suit us with working air conditioning. I think maybe the hotel needs to look into replacing the air conditioning system located in 401 or they should not be placing people in this room as its just not suitable in warm temperatures. But a big thank you to Peter for really trying his best for us. The new room was facing the main road but we had no noise disturbance, beds were pretty comfortable but could do with investing in some decent pillows but beggars cant be choosers.
On checking out at 11 am we were able to place our luggage in the storage room so we could still enjoy a full day sightseeing, I would 100% come and stay here again but would just avoid room 401.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé en février et demandé un lit double. Nous avons eu une twin. Ne pas pouvoir satisfaire cette demande pourtant formulée 5 mois à l avance est surprenant et décevant.
Pas de clim dans la salle du petit déjeuner une étuve !
Et 2 euros la bouteille d eau dans le mini bar ! Dans beaucoup d hotels les bouteilles d eau sont offertes.

Very nice 3 days in Prague
Pros:

Fantastic position, elegant and clean. Great Breakfast Buffet. Every day there were different options that the prewious day. The man at the reception spoke to me very kindly and in fluent Italian!

Cons:

I would suggest to change the pillows: they were for me not comfortable and not of a 4 starts Hotel Standart.

Our room was built next to a corridor, so we didn't have any views, and any possibility to fill up the room with fresh air. I rather felt a bit soffocated in between two corridors. That I found it a weird choice to build up a room for guests.

Locatie is top. Alles op loopafstand.

Cons:

De mini-bar gaf stuk meer koelte dan de airconditioning. Aanfluiting dat dit er bij staat. Eerste dag was het heet (en daarom accomodatie met airco), andere dagen gewoon warm. Maar airco doet het - in de kamer - NIET. Na enig aandringen nog fan gekregen...

Un hotel para volver
Pros:

El desayuno es súper completo, para todos los gustos, y con una calidad excelente. Recién almorzaba a las 5 de la tarde.

Cons:

La ducha no era muy buena y me resultó difícil regular la temperatura del agua: o muy fría o muy caliente.
