Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind extrem teuer. Wer wegen eines Kongresses schon am Morgen anreist und über Nacht parken möchte, benötigt einen Kurzzeitparkplatz von 08:00 - 14:00 und dann noch einen Nachtparkplatz ab 14:00 Uhr.

Great location , great staff , great choice
Pros:

The reception staff are amazing and friendly and helpful i really appreciate all of them , breakfast is good , room size and bathroom size is good beds and pillows are ok.

Cons:

Cleaning service which is not daily even when we asked to clean the room the just changed the towels and empty the bins and give a bottle of water , the room was dusty really.Nothing else

Die Lage war gut. Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Überhaupt nicht Kooperative hatten nicht direkt gebucht und somit auch nicht den Kontingent Preis gehabt sondern extrem teuer. Es ist kein entgegen kommen gewesen Frühstück mit rein zu nehmen. Sauna war nicht in Betrieb. Dann die Lautstärke vom Flur in der Nacht war nicht schön sehr hellhörig. Klima im Konferenzraum ging nicht usw..

Pros:

Das Frühstück und die sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage waren die Pluspunkte. Auch sehr positiv war bzw. ist, dass die Zimmer nicht automatisch täglich, sondern nur auf Wunsch gereinigt werden. Die Gäste, die täglich frisches Bettzeug und eine Reinigung benötigen, bekommen dies, und diejenigen, die dies nicht brauchen, helfen unnötige Ressourcenverschwendung zu vermeiden.

Cons:

Entweder stimmte etwas mit der Klimaanlage generell in den Zimmern nicht (z.B. technisches Problem am Hausverteiler) oder das Hotel stellt bewusst die Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern aus Kostenspargründen so ein, dass man nicht kühler als 25 Grad hinbekommt. Jedenfalls war die Nacht mit 28 Grad (am Abend beim Schlafengehen nach einem sonnigen Tag) bis 25 Grad (am Morgen beim Aufstehen bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage während der ganzen Nacht) unangenehm. Der Gast vor mir beim Auschecken bemängelte genau das Gleiche und die Dame am Empfang schien dies ziemlich gleichgültig zur Kenntnis zu nehmen, wie wenn sie diesen Kritikpunkt regelmässig zu hören bekommen würde. Zudem funktionierte der Safe im Zimmer nicht (offenbar war die Batterie leer) und obwohl ich dies am Empfang meldete, wurde dieser Zustand bis zum Auschecken nicht behoben.
