The view we had in our room was amazing, we were given a room with a sea view which was a lovely surprise!! The staff were so helpful and friendly too! Would definitely recommend!

Hotel con una muy buena situación entre Salou y La Pineda, tranquilo y ideal para recorrer las diferentes calas. Héctor en la recepción un profesional. Cogimos media pensión y estaba muy correcto, en el comedor, el personal muy amable, pero tanto Dolores como Jesús unos soles, con un trato muy cercano de cara a todo el mundo

Quizás los horarios que están más enfocados al centro europa, con cenas a las 18,45 hasta 21,45 pero bueno a todo se acostumbra uno

Desidia en el trabajo por parte de cierto personal.

Cons:

Salimos una día antes y ni preguntaron el porqué. La limpieza y conservación de la habitación muy justita. Hubo un problema de desorden público en la habitación de al lado una noche y en recepción a la mañana siguiente no sabían nada, cuando sus compañeros de la noche, subieron a poner orden una vez y el problema siguió y no tomaron ninguna decisión.
El cocinero de la plancha a parte de ser poco agradable, no tenía nada preparado, esperaba a que llegases con el consiguiente retraso

Un séjour relaxant, nous étions venus chercher le beau temps, la chaleur..
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Si vous aimez marcher vous pouvez faire tout à pied.Superbe sentier du littoral avec des paysages magnifiques. un quart d'heure à pieds du centre de Salou. Belles plages de suite en sortant de l'hôtel.
Chambre avec vue sur mer au 5ème étage, vue panoramique. Belle chambre confortable.

Pros:

Расположение у отеля отличное! До песчаного пляжа близко, променад, тихо-спокойно, удобно добираться до ближайших городов на автобусе, до Салоу можно ходить пешком. В Барселону также на день можно съездить.
Питание в отеле замечательное. Разнообразие и качество на высоте! Количество рыбных блюд и морепродуктов поразило.
Персонал на ресепшен и в ресторане доброжелательный, все готовы оказать помощь, ответить на вопросы.

Cons:

По утрам в санузле сильный запах канализации. Персонал говорил, что это связано с близостью к морю, и сделать с этим ничего нельзя. По этой причине переселить не предложили. Не уверена, что так во всех номерах.
На ужин в ресторане нет бесплатно обычной воды. Все напитки платные. Можно принести из бара, но это как-то сложно. При такой хорошей кухне кувшин питьевой воды на стол можно бы и предоставить. В баре с напитками все неплохо. Кроме чая. Он не вкусный, видимо самый дешевый. Заказывали один раз салаты в обед в баре - замучились есть), т к пластиковые вилки все время ломались, а нормальные приборы не давали у бассейна.
Когда заехали было прохладно. Одеяла принесли, но они очень тонкие. Было некомфортно из-за этого.
Было бы хорошо, если б на пляже у гостей отеля имелась скидка на лежаки и зонтики. Еще лучше - бесплатно.

Efficient staff good location near beach and bus stops

Cons:

Room was cut to half the size of a normal room on a corner.
Wardrobe doors close with a bang walls very thin could constantly hear your neighbours talking and snoring.
Using stairs, the bottom step in each floor is the same colour as the floor and in artificial light can be mistaken for the floor and not a final step…I tripped twice on this until I realised. Mark it so that it is not the floor.
Restaurant staff very efficient but some of the hot buffet food was cold as there was no heated surface once cooked. Stir fry was piping hot! Nice lad cooking it.
