A decent place to rest your head, nothing out of the ordinary
Pros:

Clean, great location, the beds were perfectly comfortable without being amazing

Cons:

It all felt tired. Maybe my ‘deluxe double’ was on the lower end of that tier, but it didn’t feel deluxe and didn’t reflect the photos. Everything was tired, from carpets to bathroom facilities, felt like a hotel in the 90s and didn’t feel like a 4* should today. If I hadn’t known, I’d have guessed 3*. Staff were fine without being super welcoming.

Pros:

Excelente quarto , com linda vista do Arco do Triunfo.Banheiro confortável com bom banho . Frigobar . Roupa de cama e cama excelentes . Localização excelente !

Cons:

Café da manhã em local apertado e com pouca variedades . Funcionária do café com pouco simpatia e fazendo muito barulho ao recolher copos , pratos e talheres .

Not impressed for the $$$.
Pros:

Front desk staff was excellent, however, the housekeeping staff would knock on my door to clean my room though the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign was hangin on doorknob.

Cons:

Housekeeping disturbance, slowest Wi-Fi on the planet, and NO replacement of soaps and lotions on daily basis.
