The staff were friendly. The bar was well stocked with plenty of choice. The views from the restaurant were stunning out across the loch. The evening meal and breakfast were on-point. Our bed was very comfortable and I slept well. This hotel is more suited to adults rather than families with young children.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms and Christian makes the stay all that more special. Her welcome and conversations really made our visit, she is a real credit to the hotel

Schönes Esszimmer und gutes, aber überteuertes Abendmenü. Netter, herzlicher Empfang.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nur über eine extrem schmale, steile Stiege zu erreichen. Bei der Dusche musste man ewig herumspielen bis die Temperatur einigermaßen gepasst hat. Die Hauptstraße führt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei.

洗澡体验太差，下水道不通畅，而且洗澡和马桶布局不合理，洗澡之后，卫生间都是水，需慢慢排走，自己擦干地面，否则无法洗漱和如厕！另外酒水收费过高！

Rather old-fashioned hotel with nice but small bedroom. Food was very nice, both for breakfast and dinner, all freshly cooked to order and of a high standard. Lovely outlook from the dining room over Loch Lochy.
Would not serve coffee in the dining room at dinner to accompany the cheese course. Strange and unexplained and said it could only be served in the lounge bar?

Comfortable and everything was to a very high standard including the food which was exceptional. The staff were lovely and the room, bed, shower were fantastic.

Die Badezimmertür hat am Boden geschliffen.
Preis Leistung vom Abendessen zu hoch, es hat uns aber sehr sehr gut geschmeckt.
Es gab auf einer Seite des Bettes kein Nachttisch.

Жалко,что телевизор не работал и вай фай слабоват,а так,всё отлмчно.
