Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are superb.

Cons:

It's expensive, and therefore a rare treat. If there was a discount for single travellers, I would stay more often. The hotel is a long walk from the station. My room on this occasion was also at the far end of a long corridor which, as an early riser, and an outdoor smoker, was a little embarrassing.

Lovely quiet location with easy access to the beach.
Pros:

We had a room with a sea view and balcony, which was lovely. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Cons:

The room was quite small, and the dark wallpaper made it appear smaller. Although the Hotel was nice, it was expensive.

Looked pleasant for a 1990s remake in 2020s Howard’s Way revival
Pros:

The manager refunded me

Cons:

They charge £20 for a small fury in a carrier. Credit due, they saw the irony in hospitality, thankfully.

Great location
Pros:

Location is great with easy access to the beach.
Staff helpful and friendly

Cons:

Decor tired in places
Shower took a full 5 minutes to run before the hot water started to come out. This is such a waste of water.

Comfortable modern hotel with views over the Channel.
Pros:

Lovely views from the restaurant and bedroom. Very clean and modern. Evening restaurant food was good quality.

Cons:

Paid for bed & breakfast, but breakfast service doesn't commence until 8am, so this was a waste of money. If you like to make an early start or on a business trip, then this hotel is probably not for you.
