Pros:

Easy access to motorway in or out of Belfast, clean spacious room, friendly staff, didn't eat in the restaurant, but noted to be popular with non-residents, and offered a good breakfast - would stay again.

Pros:

Great hotel x food, big portions but delicious, clean room. Close tovstation for train into Belfast.

Cons:

Carpark really busy as there is alot of functions and birthdays, so be early to get parked.

Noisy, but good breakfast. Might have been quiet in the rear bedrooms

Good breakfast, good parking

Cons:

Very noisy. The dinning room was full with locals and kids running around, very noisy. The room was was next to the kitchen extractor which was very loud till 23:0” but there was also a running fan sound all night. Bed was not comfortable.
