Friendly easy to find
We stayed Saturday and Sunday evenings and found the hotel and the free car park very busy. Luckily we got the last empty parking space when we arrived. Staff were friendly enough but not as welcoming as other places we had stayed on this trip. Though a fair way outside Belfast city centre, Dunmurry station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel with trains into the city. If you need shopping, Tesco is 5 minutes away around the corner and if you can't get a table in the restaurant, there's takeaway fish and chips or chinese there too. also 5 minutes away is Millies bar/restaurant which was a suitable substitute. Room was ok and had everything we needed, except a view.
Room had no view apart from a fence a couple of metres away.
Not being able to eat in the hotel. Was told there were no tables available but seemed to be some free, maybe reserved. Corridor to our room led off the dining room and was very noisy, especially with a wedding party in. It was strange having to walk through people having their meal, to get back to our room.
Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Staff need training. Hotel Restaurant was recommended to us. We have a family member in from Australia and the 3 of us went to the hotel expecting an enjoyable meal, nice surroundings and good service. On arrival, the restaurant looked nice and colourful. We were hopeful of a pleasant evening. Had arrived at 6:40pm and at 8pm we still hadn't received our mains. We finally left after paying for the 2 appetizers we had. Saying that, the Vegetable Soup & Roll I had was sent back the first time as the soup was lukewarm and there was blueold on the roll. No appologies from the senior waitress/assistant manager who was serving us. We flagged her down several times to ask when our food was arriving, only to be told 5 mins each time, which turned into 15 mins and still no food. No-one came to check on us or offer any updates or explanation for the delay. Finally when it was after 8pm and 1 hr 20 mins had passed, we said it was unacceptable & were leaving. Only then did our server say, oh we are short-staffed tonight and it will be 5 mins and the food will be out. She pointed in the direction of 2 tables near the bar and said our food was next after theirs. That was interesting to hear as I had passed those tables on my way to the toilets after I had ordered and there was no-one sitting there so they obviously arrived after us. Why was their food coming out before ours? Our orders were not complicated. Steak Sandwich, Salmon and a Haddock. Can't comment on the mains as we never received ours. The service was definitely subpar and I'm not the only reviewer stating that. It us obvious that staff need training or retraining to bring service standards up. A real disappointment for an out of town guest who would have possibly have stayed in the hotel on a future visit but based on this experience, will not. I really feel this hotel could make more of an effort. I expected more and unfortunately received poor sevice and no appology whatsoever on the fact we didn't receive our meals in a timely manner.

Great room, staff, breakfast.. Venue as well so nice to the city and exit to north!!
Nothing to quote
The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
The breakfast did not offer a lot of variety and the restaurant closed quite quickly. The staff seemed disinterested at times.
Staff were exceptional. Very friendly. Katie served us at breakfast..very attentive. The food was great. Served hot and tasty !
The shower in the bathroom was not great. It took a long time to get warm to hot. Pressure poor. Television control was slow to change channels. Soap dispenser difficult to use with arthritic hands.
