Якщо ви їдете заради фоток в інст - це топ місце, якщо ви їдете комфортно і «преміально» відпочити то за ті самі чи менш

Недалеко від моря, сам простір готелю - дуже гарний, як на фотках. Якщо бажаєте наробити фоток для інстаграму - саме то. Персонал старається допомогти, якщо щось потрібно. В номерах чисто

Вроді як готель позиціонує себе, як «премʼєр», але все якось сильно не дотягує до «премʼєр» (окрім самої вілли, як будівлі і подвірʼя )… якщо ти не прийшов на сніданок о 8 ранку - то страви, які мають бути теплими - вже давно холодні, вибору майже немає, сосиски до яєчні будуть одні з найдешевших в найближчому супермаркеті… Про основні страви в ресторані не знаю - бо в перші дні він взагалі не працював, а коли ми побачили що він відкрився і вирішили повечеряти - виявилось що він працює до 7 і в 6:30 нам сказали що вже ми нічого поїсти не зможемо… От тут місце розташування перетворюється з плюсу на мінус бо в пішій доступності немає нічого де можна смачно пообідати чи повечеряти і треба десь їхати, що далеко не завжди хочеться. Персонал вроді ок, але десь відсотків 70 персоналу навіть не пробували спілкуватись зі мною українською, хоч я україномовний «і так паймйот».. А ну і звісно одне з головних розчарувань - басейн без підігріву, відповідно якщо погода не дуже - теж можна на нього не розраховувати.

Гарний готель для відряджень та спокійного відпочинку .
Pros:

Завжди залишаюсь у відрядженні в даному готелі.
Останній раз заселялась у комендантську годину , адміністрація запаркувала, заселила , все було на рівні.
Готель спокійний , сніданки смачні.

Cons:

))) все сподобалось.

Запросити документ підтверджуючий категорію 5 зірок, якщо не буде надано заблокувати цей готель на букінгу, щоб не вводи

Нічого не сподобалося бо вони шахраї, а саме нам в телефонній розмові сказали що в них є 5 зірок, потім при заселенні адміністратор підтвердив що у готелі є 5 зірок. Але в самому готелі, крім номерів і ресторану на 5 зірок немає ніяких додаткових послуг і сервіс відповідає максимум 3 зіркам. Мало того ми з подружкою є Учасниками бойових дій і вони відмовилися робити нам знижку. На нашу вимогу надати якийсь документ підтверджуючий наявність 5 зірок відмовилися.
