Everything and spa is so cosy
أسوء فندق غير نضيف ازعاج من حيث الموقع موظفين غير متعاونين حجزت عندهم فترة من تاريخ 26 الي 4 وخذو كامل المبلغ جلست يومين وصار عندي ضرف قوي لازم ارجع ورفض الفندق يرجع باقي المبلغ ولا يقدم اي مساعدة ولا حتي بكوك ساعدني وهذا اللي شفته سرقه عيني عينك
ولا شي عجبني تشحت منهم الكلينكس ولماء حتي الكوفي
Location
Air- conditioning - unable to control temperature in the room which I was told was centrally controlled. 4 nights of a very uncomfortable sleep due to room being hot. Pillows also very uncomfortable. Milk ordered for child - arrived roughly 1 hr later. Staff service - did not initially help with luggage to put in taxi. The staff looked confused.
The bed sheet was ripped - highlighted to the hotel all points above.

Особенно приятно, что в отеле есть русскоязычные сотрудники — для нас это было очень удобно и значительно облегчило общение. На протяжении всего отдыха мы чувствовали заботу и внимание. Всё было организовано на высоком уровне, атмосфера очень приятная. Спасибо всей команде отеля за гостеприимство! С удовольствием вернемся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям и близким.

Receptionist wasn't well trained on arrival
Хороший уютный отель. Удобное месторасположение, чистый, все необходимое для проживания есть, приветливый персонал, особенно хочу выделить Марию, Элдыз и Зарину. Еще к вам вернемся)
المكان في شارع حيوي وجميل وهادئ، راقي وكلاسيكي ، الجناح كبير وواسع لاسرة صغيرة ، السبا مميز شعرت بالاهتمام والدلال لي ولابنائي تمكنت من الدخول بكامل الخصوصية بشوشين جدا، تعامل الموظفين راقي ، تعدد الخيارات والمطاعم داخل وخارج الفندق ، دخول لنيكولوديون ترسانة مجاني لابنائي

Rien tout est bon
The hotel has a good location and the overall stay was comfortable. The staff were polite, and the room and facilities were generally in line with expectations.
The only minor point was that the cooling system seemed to be centralized, so it was not always easy to adjust the room temperature exactly as we preferred.
