Amenities and furniture old.
Location is good
We specifically requested quiet rooms as we were travelling as a family with a baby, which the hotel was aware of well in advance. Before checking in, I again asked the receptionist whether the rooms would be noisy and was assured that they would not be. Despite this, we were given rooms on the first floor directly facing the bars, making it almost impossible for us and our baby to sleep.
I raised the issue with reception the following morning, but no suitable alternative was offered. We understand that the property was fully booked. However, a request made well in advance, particularly for a family travelling with a baby, and reconfirmed on arrival should have been respected. At the very least, we should have been told that quiet rooms were unavailable rather than being given false reassurance.
We also found large spider webs in the room, which became even more visible in daylight. This raised serious concerns about the standard of cleanliness and suggested that the room had not been properly cleaned for some time.
Brilliant location, walking distance from so many wonderful things.
No private Hotel Parking
Can't control the air-conditioning temp from the room , it was hot weather and the AC. TEMP. 24 .... the reception employee didn't inform us about having the new building to change our room only at the last night, so it's not worth to change it

بكل امانه الفندق رائع وموقعه ممتاز لكن للمصداقيه كنت في فاميلي سويت ل ٤ اشخاص جدا ضيق وصغير ومافي حتى مكان لعفش يكفي ٤ اشخاص كما هو متوقع وفقط دولاب صغير في الغرفه الرئيسيه للجناح + تعامل موظفي الاستقبال غير لائق بسلسله فنادق كبيره زي ريكسوس مش بشوشين ولا مرحبين وكانك اخذ الغرف مجانا!! وهذا اكثر شي ماعجبني بالتجربه )

Location was really good. Excellent and close to tourist areas. Safe at night.

The foyer is beautiful.
Stayed in an upgraded room with golden horn view.
The rooms are a bit old and show some wear and tear especially in the bathroom. There was a drain smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away. And not very good lighting in the bathroom.
Smoking is allowed in the public/communal areas (courtyard area) which is disgusting and unhealthy.
I emailed 2 weeks in advance for a late check out as we had a late flight. We checked in 2 hours late (5pm). Check out was 12pm. We asked for an extention very nicely but were only given 2 more hours.
We had to pay almost a full night (130euros) to check out at 6pm (just 4 hours extra). This felt expensive and exorbitant especially since the hotel was not fully booked and we paid for an upgraded room.
The staff in the outdoor garden were great!
It was very unpleasant that they kept us waiting for five hours at reception; they kept us waiting even though we had a child with us.
