Breakfast superb.Very tasty bacon and sausage.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Loved the funky bathroom tiles and great powerful shower.😄
A very nice feel to the whole place which we enjoyed.😁
The room was dark due to dark paint on the walls, but that is just a personal thing as my Mum has very limited vision so made it tricky for her.
Stay ever year great base
Very comfortable rooms, lovely and clean. Friendly staff and a great breakfast
Nothing
Homely, friendly, with good food and friendly staff.
The stairs to the to the accommodation were very steep and akward.
Set just outside the village of Marsham on the Norwich road it immediately engages the visitor. Good parking available. Friendly attentive staff. Open plan bar with provision for meals / breakfast in a comfortable setting!
Accommodation is up stairs with one handrail. No lift. Double and twin rooms are very well presented light and airy with power shower,en-suite, fridge,tv,hairdryer good sized wardrobe.
Stairs are narrow tread and handrail needs extending a bit for top step and on other side of stairs

Great location. Lovely rooms.
Fantastic breakfast with lovely host. Better than a Hilton the night before!
Very warm room due to hot weather but fan provided
Nice, relatively quiet village pub which leans much more to being a restaurant than a pub as there is no 'casual' seating. Very friendly staff and good food, both dinner and breakfast which is cooked to order. Dealt with allergies very well. The room was newly refurbished, great decor, comfortable with a smart, modern bathroom. Space to sit outside and plenty of parking.
Not great on beer, only one very commercial brand available which I found annoying considering they are virtually next door to a local brewery. Lager 2 or 3 commercial brands - nothing special. Also we were kept awake one night (very hot requiring open windows) by someone's (not the pub) air conditioning machine which they had left on, no problem the other night, not really the pub's fault!
The room was beautiful, everything that you could need. Food was lovely in the pub.
Nothing.
Staff, decor and room cleanliness
Whilst fan was provided it wasn’t very strong - we were allowed to use our own which we planned due to the very hot weather.
Really comfy room, breakfast was very good.
Decor

The room was lovely and had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the fuilds with the cows. The food taisted amazing and was a big portion. The staff were all friendly.
The evening meal took quite a long time but the pub was busy and it's home made so would expect it to take a little longer and it was worth the wait.
The beds were comfortable.
The staff accommodated all our requests.
They went the extra mile to reduce the temperature in the room providing fans in the recent heatwave. We had a good night sleep, despite the temperature.
The bedsheets were very nice.
The food was excellent.
The chef cocked some lunch, even when the kitchen was closed.
Highly recommend.
