Nothing
Everything was great, great room, great pub and amazing food
Large comfortable room. Very clean with all amenities. Great food with a large selection of dishes to choose from. Good breakfasts, especially the omelettes!
Well located in easy reach of Norwich.
Situated by a main road so traffic noise was a bit of an issue as we had the windows open in the hot weather.
We liked the excellent and friendly service, the comfortable rooms and the food.
Only one cask beer was available for our stay
Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and overall a most enjoyable stay.
Probably more of an observation that some minor maintenance wouldn’t go amiss.
Stairs to rooms very narrow and awkward for the less able.
Food was good, but do change your cleaning product, tables were so sticky I couldn’t move my coffee cup!
Great staff good food and beer. An excellent breakfast too. The room was lovely and very quiet
It was pretty good except there is no real bar area
Amazing spacious room. Very nice finished and bathroom was amazing. The carvery on Sunday evening was superb. Couldn’t fault the staff
Downside is it’s located on a very busy main road so in a heatwave had to have windows open but I’m sure when windows are closed it wouldn’t be noticeable. Would be nice if the broken blind were fixed
Friendly staff pleasant location
There was a bad smell in the bathroom Room4 I told the cleaning staff and she said she would report to management, I sent my Bacon back to the kitchen it was under cooked other than that I would say the property was just ok
The accommodation was excellent and staff very helpful .
The carvery we had at 18.30 was not very good . Food was not hot and under cookedgreen beans , cold roast pots, tough pork loin . The cauliflower cheese was hot and tasty
Good location, very clean, excellent breakfast, friendly, efficient staff
Very good breakfasts with good choice, the rooms were clean and tidy, bathrooms were lovely with excellent showers. All the staff were courteous, polite and very accommodating and very obliging going the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Special mention must go to Sophie, Bella, Harriet and Chrissie who were excellent -thank you.
The Plough would really benefit from a comfortable lounge area especially for residents staying over.
The rooms were really hot so air con would have been a blessing. Fans were of little help.
The garden area needed tidying with better and more comfortable seating.
Great food Fantastic staff
Some minor improvement to my Bedroom! Faulty Blind and unusable Hangers in Bedroom
