La habitación era pequeña y le faltaban algunas comodidades, por ejemplo: éramos 3 pasajeros y sólo había 2 mesas de noche, había sólo una silla en la habitación, no era insonorizada, se escuchaban los ruidos del pasillo y del piso de arriba.

Cons:

El colchón es muy duro. No es el colchón que uno esperaría encontrar en un hotel de esta categoría. Amanecí con el cuerpo adolorido.

Très déçus par notre séjour.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été décevant. Il n’y avait personne à la réception et nous avons dû attendre un certain temps avant d’être pris en charge. Les explications fournies étaient très succinctes et, en plus, on nous a remis le voucher d’un autre client.

L’organisation de l’hôtel est également surprenante : tout fonctionne avec des cartons à récupérer à la réception le jour même (serviettes de piscine, dîner, petit-déjeuner, etc.). Cela oblige à repasser systématiquement par la réception, y compris le matin avant d’aller prendre le petit-déjeuner. Ce système est peu pratique et ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu.

Le dîner en demi-pension a été une vraie déception. Le buffet se composait essentiellement de quelques charcuteries, de fromages, de plusieurs soupes et de cinq desserts. Pour nous, cela ne correspond pas à une véritable demi-pension. Si le plat principal est uniquement constitué de soupes, cela devrait être clairement indiqué lors de la réservation.

L’accueil au restaurant a également été très insuffisant. Aucun membre du personnel n’est venu nous expliquer le fonctionnement du repas, nous proposer une boisson, ni même nous indiquer qu’une carte permettait de commander d’autres plats. Nous avons dû tout découvrir par nous-mêmes. Ce manque d’attention est difficilement compréhensible pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Enfin, la piscine était glaciale et le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pratiquement pas : très peu de bulles et aucune sensation de véritable bain à remous.

Au vu du tarif de 275 € la nuit, nous nous attendions à une prestation bien plus qualitative. Malheureusement, cet hôtel n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous ne le recommanderons pas.
