Nice, but.
Pros:

Location and staff, the hotel is nice for a person travelling alone, and for short stay.

Cons:

Furnitures and found no complimentary services.

Lo staff educato ed accogliente

Cons:

La struttura necessita di lavori di manutenzione, stanze poco confortevoli e spazi esterni non curati . Colazione scarsa, priva di ogni richiamo alla grande cultura culinaria locale. Troppi messaggi affissi per comunicare agli ospiti divieti e/o interdizioni, dai cambi asciugamani come anche nelle zone comuni. Il letto matrimoniale aveva due materassi singoli non uniti, letto molto scomodo

Ottima la posizione, facilmente raggiungibile e libera da traffico o ingorghi veicolari. Parcheggio disponibile ma non vasto. Colazione non molto variegata ma abbastanza sufficiente.

Pros:

On a aime l emplacement et la vue sur l Etna. Le hall un vrai bel espace avec des statues et mobiliers anciens qui m a été agréable de contempler.Le dîner était bon malgré qu'il n'y avait pas de carte. Le personnel agréable et attentif.

Cons:

Le lit mériterai un nouveau matelas des bosses j ai mal dormi. Le petit déjeuner que du tout fait et emballé sauf les croissants. Impossible d'avoir la possibilité de se resservir en boissons chaudes le cappuccino froid servi par le garçon du bar.
Pas de verre dans la chambre pour se brosser les dents. Suffisant pour une étape. Ceci dit il paraît qu'il viennent de reprendre le lieux ils vont certainement prendre note des petites corrections a faire.

Einziger Minuspunkt: In der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag findet im Keller ein Disco-/Clubabend statt. Die Musik war sehr laut, sodass Schlafen kaum möglich war.
