Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the tram, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

However, the room was not as clean as I expected. The bed sheets and the shower curtain had visible stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. In general, the room did not feel properly cleaned. It was also very warm, and the only cooling available was a small fan, which wasn't enough to keep the room comfortable.

Very good location, just a few minutes walk to transport links . Lovely staff . Free continental breakfast. The room was

Property was in a great location for Wimbledon. Very good price . Lovely staff.

Cons:

Room was very hot . The weather was extremely hot and there was only one fan provided. Room was on the ground floor so for security reasons we didn’t want to leave the windows open overnight.

Very close to tram station

Cons:

In the hottest day of London, the heater was on and the room was 33 degrees celcius. The staff did their best to turn it off. They tried 4 people together and it was a real challenge.
Our room was on the ground floor and next to the car park, so we couldn't open any windows.
It was a bit loudy in the evening until midnight.

Short stay
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

While the staff were polite, the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment. The carpeting was worn and unclean it was lifted at the entranceof the front door easy for an accident of a trip and fall, and the shower curtain appeared discoloured.

We also experienced delays with housekeeping. Fresh towels requested in the morning were not delivered until around 9:00 PM despite several follow-ups.

I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to improve future guests' stays.

Basic but convenient stay, with great halal food and very friendly staff made it worthwhile
Pros:

Simple and fit-for-purpose stay at Casuarina Hotel Mitcham while my son attended his exam nearby—facilities and breakfast were basic, but the halal restaurant with delicious South Indian and Sri Lankan dishes and the very friendly staff made it a pleasant experience.

Almost everything was impacted; my bathroom experienced flooding as water rose from the shower cubicle necessitating the placement of numerous towels on the floor to access the facilities.
