El personal fue correcto y amable.
Habitaciones viejas, con humedad, sin poder regular el aire acondicionado, ventanas empotradas sin posibilidad de ventilación. La estancia fue muy desagradable. El buffet del desayuno anticuado, no es que estuviera malo pero muy mejorable. En general una estancia muy lamentable que sin duda no volveré a repetir. 😩
普通のベッド以外にもソファーベッドも用意してくれていたので、家族4人で快適に寝られた。
ショッピングモールにも隣接しており、駅にも近いのでとても便利です。
特にないが、あえて言えば、周辺の駐車場は料金が高い。
部屋も感じが良く、朝食も満足でした。

Staff were kind and helped us despite arriving before check-in and kept an eye on our luggage. Riverside room was amazing for the night since it was not just close but you could see the tanabata milky way river light show from the window.
