From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Bella la struttura e camere grandi

Servizi pessimi.

Ho vissuto un’esperienza a dir poco surreale con il servizio di lavanderia. Al ritiro dei panni, mi sono accorto che un pantalone era privo del laccetto, elemento fondamentale per la chiusura. Ho segnalato subito il problema, più volte, e mi era stato assicurato che sarebbe stato controllato immediatamente.

Il risultato? Nulla. Il giorno successivo, al check out, dopo essermi raccomandato di risolvere la questione prima della mia partenza, ho scoperto che nessuno del personale si era mosso, e per completare il quadro la lavanderia era addirittura chiusa proprio nel momento in cui dovevo partire.

Come “risarcimento” mi è stato offerto uno sconto del 10% sul servizio di lavanderia: 3 RM per un capo ormai inutilizzabile. Un importo ridicolo, che la dice lunga sulla scarsa attenzione riservata al cliente.

Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Booked a room with a bath and paid extra for it. Couldn't use the bath as could only fill it with the shower hose. Plug leaked so as fast as it went in it ran off.
Room noisy from road. Give you earplugs . Useless. Room is old and tire. Balcony door doesn't close properly and very thin. Noise just pours in. Curtains far to thin and useless to darken room. Needs a complete refit. Not a 4 star. Nearer 2.

Spent 4 peaceful days surrounded by beautiful views and extraordinary hospitality. Every single staff member greeted me with genuine warmth and respect throughout my stay. Clean rooms, wonderful service, and pure tranquility. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Er zit een restaurant bij wat wel leuk is aangekleed en eten is prima

Cons:

De kamer wat slecht schoongemaakt (schimmel tussen de badkamertegels die zo weg te halen waren) en alles was versleten (gaten in het linnen en handdoeken gerafeld). Daarnaast was de kamer super gehorig. Van buren tot verkeer voor de deur

De familiesuite was erg ruim.

Cons:

- Ontzettend gehorige kamers, veel geluiden van zoveel andere kamers als geluid van langsrijdend verkeer.
- ontbijt had wel vanalles maar was niet erg smaakvol

The Hotel rooms is clean as on the pictures check-in in short time. The breakfast 🥞 was nice need little improvement. Reciption staff are helpful for any request you need in short time. For Arabic Restaurant is only one which is almost 6km, the price is little bit high but nice food.

Cons:

The bed mattress and pillows are very hard should be soft for more relaxing.Only there is local Restaurants near to the, which you need Vehicle to reach other restaurants.

We had a memorable, relaxing and enjoyable family stay at Hotel De' La Fernes.
Pros:

Great location, friendly & amazing staff especially at the Lemon Button restaurant. Their buffet breakfast was one of the best. Room was spacious with a cozy sofa area and relaxing views of the gardens outside.

Cons:

Almost perfect, except that I had to request them to spray air freshner due to the musty smell, which is quite common in cold, damp areas.

Cons:

Lorsque nous avons récupéré nôtre, nous avons tout de suite aperçu des cafards. Nous l'avons signalé et demandé une autre chambre. On nous a répondu que l'hôtel était complet. Le personnel a nettoyé l'endroit ou les cafards avait été signalé.
Nous ont avons découvert d'autres 2 jours de suite.
