It's a clean hotel with a nice view of Batam. The staff are all very polite and very friendly. It's a very good hotel.

Cons:

As requested we wanted a queen bed but yet it was a twin bed with a very poor view at level 1 facing the private house. The hotel lacks a plug. The hotel asked for 300k per room for deposit. It's not very wise. What if I have 5 rooms? Breakfast is not much choice and the food is not hot. Luke warm only. The toiletries like toothpaste were too small. Toothbrush is also too small and too soft. It's a very good hotel with a good view but me and my son were given a room with no view. That's all. Tq

Comfy and Comfortable

It was cozy and comfy..feels like home..and the hospitality from the staff right from the front office right up to housekeeping was superb and two thumbs up.
