The location was great, very short walk from an underground passageway that gives you access to so many train/metro stations, including Osaka Station, and its air conditioned which was great for avoiding the heat. the Family mart in the foyer was greatly appreciated, we used it allot, and the rooms were quite nice with decent views and quite clean.

Cons:

smoking room stank which was to be expected, and the bathroom extraction fan was broken in one of our rooms too. the massages were ridiculously expensive so we didn't bother, and the tv's were basically useless.

Cons:

掃除が行き届いてない。バスルームやベットに髪の毛が落ちてたり、部屋を留守にして帰ってきた際荷物の周りにU字ヘアピン（形が変形したもの）が置いてあった。貴重品は自身のスーツケースに入れてロックをかけていたが、ロックの鍵のスペースに入るような形に変形されていたので少し違和感を覚えた。

広いテーブルがあること。　足を伸ばせるバスタブ。
喫煙できる部屋がある事。
一階に、ファミマがある。　近くにもコンビニ店がある。
駅から近く、また、空港行きパス停にも近い。

Cons:

朝食は、お弁当かサンドイッチの選択のみ。
飲み物は、牛乳、ジュース、コーヒー、抹茶。
スープ、コンソメ、味噌汁など。　会場で食べる事も、部屋に持ち帰り食べることができる。
