Deluxe room was spacious and property was close to train station
sheets had stains along with pillow covers. Bathtub flooded the whole bathroom when it was draining due to poor plumbing by the looks of it and therefore couldn’t use the toilet due to how much water there was
well positioned . The staff were helpful . Breakfast options were great.
Easy walking distance from Osaka station . Lots of vibrance and places to see and things to do.

The amenities and above all as a coffee lover the coffee is very nice. The pillows are really good as well
The space is quiet tight for 3 people. Under the bed there are couple of debris from previous users

Rooms very small with old/dirty carpet in hallways. Smell of cigarettes
Hard to find with Google Maps, I have now deleted that ghastly app! I used Waze in the end, never got lost.
Hotel was good and room facilities excellent.
Breakfast had to be pre ordered on arrival, ok it was only 1200yen j £6, but was sparse & no good for a day out walking. Served by 1 staff member so they had no waste & low wage outlay
The location was great

The room and corridor stunk of stale cigarette smoke.
The room was grotty especially the carpet around the edges and under the beds.
Reception staff were hit and miss re helpfulness and politeness.
I wouldn't stay there again.
