Pros:

Near several stations. Beds are cosy and rooms are very clean. There are several convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

It is difficult to use google maps to navigate to the hotel from Osaka station.

Pros:

駅前ビルから徒歩圏なので飲食に困らない。このエリアでは部屋は広め

Cons:

部屋にチェックインしてからずっとドンドンと大きな音が聞こえてきて、すごく不快だった。これが続くと夜も眠れないと思い、結局予定を変更して４時間後にチェックアウトした。
チェックインの際部屋は静かか？と聞いたら角部屋なので静かな方だと言われたが角部屋では無かった。嘘をつかれた感じがしてますます不信感を抱いた。
浴槽の汚れの拭き残しがあり清潔感が感じられなかった

Pros:

駅から遠すぎなくて、プラスお値段もお安めでリピートさせて頂きました。フロントの方も一つ一つ丁寧に接して下さったり、24時間営業のファミマが下にあり、外に出なくても行けるので便利だなと感じました！

Cons:

やはり、YouTubeやアマプラなどが接続出来ないところです。。HDMIも繋がらないと質問欄で拝見し、そこだけ残念だなと思いました。。
あとは、ダブルベットのお部屋に泊まったのですが、椅子が1つしかないのも不便に感じました。折りたためるのでもいいのであると便利だと思いました！

コスパと利便性重視
Pros:

お値段がリーズナブルなのに、部屋も広くて使い勝手が良かった。北新地からも近く、飲食店が周囲にたくさんあり、朝食がなくても困らなかった

立地と金額を考えるととてもコスパがいい
Pros:

アメニティが充実しており、枕は2種類と抱き枕？もあり、とても寝心地がよかった。
早めにホテルに行き、荷物を預けており、後ほどチェックインすると、既に部屋に荷物を置いてくれており、疲れていた為とても助かった。

Cons:

タオルに髪の毛がついていた。
