Amazing!
Pros:

The owner was very kind. He woke up early to make us breakfast which was early because we had to catch our plane. We had a room with a balcony with was very nice and a small fridge to store the Samos Muscat wine ;). In the evening the owner played guitar. Great price and wonderful location!

Uygun fiyata rahat ve keyifli bir konaklama
Pros:

Otel otobüs duraklarına(3 dakika), limana ve şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, çok güzel manzarası olan bir sokakta yer alıyor. Odalar temiz, gerek otel sahibi Yorgo Bey, gerekse de Meryem Hanım her konuda yardımcı oldular, oldukça güler yüzle ve yardımseverlerdi. Meryem Hanım Türkçe de bildiği için hiç zorluk çekmedik, hem konaklama hem de ada hakkında (gezilecek yerler, yemekler, alışveriş yerleri vb.) oldukça yardımcı oldu. Yine Meryem Hanım sayesinde kahvaltı konusunda bir sorun yaşamıyorsunuz, yumurtalı, peynirli, domastesli, reçelli kahvaltıları da çok lezzetliydi.

Good location centre of town

Cons:

Old hotel with on going maintenance issues that the owner has tried but as yet not been able to successfully address, mostly attributed to 3rd party causes. On arrival the hot water system had been repaired yet again. Its function was acceptable. My stay was end of Oct into Nov. I got food poisoning due to a bad souvlaki from the nearby Pita-goras local food outlet. That ruined the entire weekend stay as I became severely incapacitated and needed to rest, recover and remain in the hotel. The following day / afternoon rain set in. Torrential rain, with thunderstorms. The scheduled Aegean flight had to be cancelled as the plane could not land. The hotel circuit breakers kept tripping regularly especially during the night - this caused a blackout in the room every time until it was reset, only to have it happen again. There was no available staff member of junior staff to provide assistance so I had to risk going to the pharmacy on my own, which does not open on Sundays asfaik. Note: thus is an old style hotel painted in blue and white with marble steps etc. It has wooden window shutters and no fly screens both windows and doors. Mosquitoes were a problem and annoyance. The breakfasts that were included and paid for were not utilized due to digestion illness from the food poisoning. Overall a bad weekend stay, a lot of bad luck, and probably not a good time of the year to be there.

De eigenaar maakte gewoon iets klaar zonder te vragen wat ik wilde

De kamer was uiterst rudimentair
Het toilet was niet schoongemaakt

Tesisin konumu çarşı meydan ve bir çok yere 3 dk, çalışanların ve sahibinin güler yüzlü olması, herhangi bir durumda ulaşılabilir olmaları + destek olmaları ve problemi çözmeleri, temizlik.

Cons:

Samosun genel olarak binaları yapı olarak küçük otelde de bu sebeple tahmin ediyorum banyo küçüktü banyo ederken etraf biraz su olabiliyor ama her oda temizliğinde düzeltiliyordu

Fiyat performans, sadece uyumak ve kahvaltı yapıp çıkmak için kullanılabilir.
Pros:

Fiyat performansa göre hiç beklentiye girmemiştik o yüzden kahvaltı bizi mutlu etti, gayet iyiydi. Konum Pythagorion merkezinde ama zaten çok küçük bir yer bir ucundan diğer uca yürüme mesafesi 10dk falandır. Buranın konumu çok tatlıydı, tek işlek caddenin ara sokagındaydı. İlk vardığımızda feribottan inince hissederek bulduk oteli. Gayet konum kolaydı yani. Ayrıca otelde saat 9 gibi gelen bir hanımefendi var çalışan, ismini hatırlamıyorum ama romanyalıymış kendisi, çok güzel türkçe konusuyor. Ondan da destek alabilirsiniz.

Cons:

Yani çok eski bir yapı ama genel olarak samosta her yer çok eski. Fiyata göre fazla beklentiye girilmezse sıkıntı olmaz. Sadece duş inanılmaz küçüktü, kilolu biri sıgamaz ve etrafı perdeyle kapatılmıstı. Islandıkca mecbur perde size yapışıyor, çok pis hissettiriyor. Birde banyo da havalandırma penceresi vardı, karsı binanın mutfagı ile bakışıyorsunuz wc de, alçakta bir pencere. Biz bidaha nerde görcez zaten diyip boşverdik... Her oda öyle değildir belki biz 7 numarada kaldık. Balkonumuz vardı en azından ama balkonda allaha emanetti..
