This was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had.
Pros:

Beautiful location, the facilities were excellent and the room very comfortable. The food and service was out of this world. The staff could not do enough for you and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. It’s the only hotel stay I have ever had where I felt emotional on leaving!

Cons:

They were having construction work done but even that did not dampen our experience. There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

We had an amazing stay
Pros:

An incredible hotel in a beautiful, peaceful location, with a huge variety of natural places to visit nearby by car. The room and the view were exceptional, and the staff/service was flawless! The food at the restaurant was always 5-star quality, with new and surprising dishes every day. A truly relaxing place to stay (we came in summer)! We would totally recommend it!

Cons:

The Wi-Fi signal was weak on the 3rd floor, with frequent connection problems. It would be better to have another router.

Séjour Parfait!
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, à la fois élégant et très esthétique. Tout était vraiment parfait durant notre séjour. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et disposait de tout le nécessaire, notamment des produits de toilette et une machine à café. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions déposées chaque soir dans la chambre.
Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et très varié. Le repas du soir était également de grande qualité, avec un buffet diversifié et des plats préparés avec beaucoup de goût. Le goûter proposé par l’hôtel était également très sympathique.
La piscine d’eau salée est particulièrement agréable et constitue un vrai plus pour se détendre. Température au top.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, qui a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour. Le personnel fait également de vrais efforts pour parler français, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les activités proposées par l’hôtel, notamment les randonnées, très bien choisies. Une mention spéciale à Roberto, notre guide, pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de ses accompagnements.
Enfin, la proximité du téléphérique de Daolasa est idéale pour accéder facilement à de nombreuses activités sportives.
Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour !

Ogni cosa, tutto perfetto dalla pulizia agli ambienti comuni, alla stanza all'attenzione per il cliente. Il ristorante ottimo, così come il servizio sempre attento dei camerieri sia a cena che a colazione.

Cons:

Due note stonate nel nostro soggiorno:
Presenza di numerosi bambini in piscina in alcuni giorni ne abbiamo contati oltre 10, che addirittura giocavano con la palla, quindi negli orari di relax non si riusciva ad ottenere un minimo di silenzio.

Altra cosa che ci ha fatto storcere il naso e che i camerieri a loro discrezione cambiano assegnazione dei tavoli per preferire qualcuno piuttosto che qualcun altro, variando la posizione dei tavoli, in realtà "assegnati" per tutto il soggiorno.

Top Welness, aber Preis Leistung passt insbesondere mit Baby nicht.
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, toller Pool und Wellness, kleines Fitness, gutes Abendessen. Bis auf Rezeption alle sehr freundlich mit Baby! :-)

Cons:

30% Extra Kosten (von Preis für Erwachsenen) für ein 10 Monate altes Baby, das im Doppelbett schläft und nichts isst!!!!) und das bei Ankunft erfahren, weil Booking das nicht ausweist! Dh 65€ pro Tag für nichts! Ab 2 Jahren verständlich aber Baby NoGo.

Jeden Tag gleiches Frühstück und gleiche Jause, Brot nur wie Toast, Brötchen Semmeln nicht vorhanden, Croissants sehr trocken, abends auch immer gleichen Salate. Jause nur Kuchen nichts Salziges wie Käse etc.

Das wir in Flitterwochen waren wurde einfach ignoriert.

Soggiorno meraviglioso, coccole e qualità.
Pros:

Camera meravigliosa, personale splendido e sempre disponibile, cucina ricercata ed ottima, le due piscine con area relax davvero accoglienti, servizio massaggi di coppia molto apprezzato e rilassante, pulizia di ogni ambiente impeccabile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo.

Cons:

Niente da segnalare, al massimo posso consigliare di migliorare la private SPA.
