Reception closes at 8:00 p.m. If you arrive later, online check-in is compulsory and requires a passport. The website does not accept a valid national identity card.

I could not access the room. Despite this, I was still charged, and the hotel refused to issue a refund.

this is an unfair and unacceptable practice. Such an essential condition should be clearly stated before payment.

Det kom signaler kl4 om natten, vi løbte op, men der var ikke noget. Efter havde vi svært at sove.

Lokalizacja i parking ok. Brak klimatyzacji, przy temperaturze 30 stopni to była męczarnia, zwłaszcza że pokój był na parterze i nie dało się zostawić otwartego okna na noc, gdyż było bardzo nisko.

Ten eerste lag onze sleutel niet klaar zoals beschreven.. na een lange dag rijden en onderweg zijn zit je niet bepaald te wachten op eerst de nooddienst van het hotel te moeten bellen om daarna op de conciërge te moeten wachten die de sleutel van de kamer gaat pakken. Eenmaal in de hotelkamer was het alles behalve schoon… de toilet was smerig, het bad had vieze vlekken en de glazen in de badkamer hadden letterlijk bruine aanslag erin. Ik heb nog nooit gehad dat ik niet wilde douchen in een hotel; maar eens moet blijkbaar de eerste keer zijn. Hopelijk ook gelijk de laatste keer
