große Probleme beim parken im Parkhaus weil es nicht richtig erklärt werden konnte, die Reservierungskarte funktionierte nicht beim Einlass ins Parkhaus und rausfahren...

美術館まわりをするならロケーションは最高。

I WOULD BOOK THIS HOTEL NEXT TIME.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.. We had our omelet made to order for us.. our room was very clean. Jennifer, the cleaning lady was very helpful. And the room was extremely quiet even though it was only a few steps from main street.

Cons:

The only thing was the AC was a little weak, according to my wifeMy wife . But I was comfortable with it.

Lage kaum zu toppen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Großgarage gleich nebenan. Frühstücksangebot überraschend umfangreich (z.B. frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und Auswahl an Früchten). Wunsch nach Zimmer mit Dusche wurde entsprochen! Liebevolle Kunstdekorationen im gesamten Haus - sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Zimmer relativ klein, aber für Kurzaufenthalt bei dieser zentralen Lage o.k.

Luxemburg is mooi, hotel kon op een paar punten beter.
Pros:

Vriendelijke mensen, prima ontbijt, mooie locatie, in het centrum naast een parkeergarage waardoor we heel weinig hoefden te lopen met de koffers. De tv was smart dus we konden Netflix kijken.

Cons:

De koelkast was stuk, gemeld maar er was geen oplossing. Omdat er geen bar in het hotel is kon je dus geen koele drankjes drinken. De airco maakte veel herrie en valt elke 5 min voor ca 10 min uit, daardoor werden we telkens wakker. De kamer was wel vrij klein.

Pros:

Clean, nice hotel, in a great location in the city centre. Quiet, although in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Luxembourg. Room was on the smaller size, especially the bathroom, but it was very clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.
Breakfast was okay, with a fair variety of food, although the lovely lady running it appeared more concerned with cleaning than anything else.
They kindly allowed us to leave our backpacks there for a few hours after checkout, which was a massive plus.
Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and would go back/recommend.

Cons:

Pillows were really soft and uncomfortable, which affected our sleep, so a better variety would help. Shampoo dispenser didn't work, luckily we had our own shampoo, otherwise it would have been a bit awkward to have to call reception whilst you are in the middle of the shower naked.
But overall it was all good.

Perfect location for a sightseeing trip to this wonderful city.
Pros:

The buffet style breakfast was 1st class, couldn't fault it. And the location of the hotel is bang in the middle of town! 3 minutes from the Ducal Palace and the Notre Dame cathedral. Sheik on reception was a star! Helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Cons:

Was a little noisy outside late in the evening and first thing in the morning. It's what I expected from a city centre hotel. Didn't bother me, but it would some.
