Happy times with my cousin discovering my Grandad’s military experience here in 1914-18.
Pros:

A friendly welcome, with personal attention from staff . Room was large with plenty of seating - so that we could meet my cousin who was also staying here. The view was incomparable - directly overlooking the main square with the restored Cloth Market building and close to the Menin Gate . Comfortable bed. Great bathroom with towels exchanged every day if wished. Restaurants and other facilities in walking distance. Paid parking was limited except on Public holidays and Sundays, but nearby car parks were free. 30 minutes free parking was available outside the hotel at any time. Very enjoyable self service breakfasts without formalities over seating. Ypres was just a friendly and cheerful town with all you could want to help our understanding of Flanders Fields.

Modern, comfortable, peaceful hotel right in the heart of Ypres. Strong recommend.
Pros:

Perfect location. On the edge of the main square, opposite the Flanders Museum, a five-minute walk to Menin Gate and close to a range of bars and restaurants. We had a triple room and it was spacious, modern and comfortable.

Cons:

There was really nothing not to like.

Kleine gebreken op de kamer zoals bepaalde spots dien niet werkten en jammer van de niet minibar

Goed hotel op een van de interessantste plekken in Vlaanderen
Pros:

Magnifiek uitzicht op de Lakenhal van Ieper. Uitstekend ontbijt. Menenpoort, musea en tal van restaurants op loopaftand.

Cons:

Sensor in het halletje, zodra iemand naar het toilet gaat, springt het grote licht aan. Hygiëne had iets beter gekund. De kamers zijn erg ongezellig qua inrichting.

Aangenaam verblijf , voor herhaling vatbaar.
