A very gloomy place at the train station and parking on the other side. with very few staff. First floor rooms have tiny windows at floor level!! It cannot be a 4 star hotel.

Kontakt z personelem. Dzwoniłem na podany przez nich numer telefonu 4 razy i się ani razu nie dodzwoniłem. Sam personel miły i pomocny tylko trzeba ich szukać

Hotel was een mooi gebouw, goede uitvalsbasis om Turnhout te verkennen, niet ver van winkels

Het bed was heel goed.
Het ontbijt was super - heel veel keuze - en netjes opgedeeld.

Cons:

- Er was een velux in de kamer waarvan ik het rolluik niet dicht kreeg.
- Het toilet werkte niet naar behoren. Toen ik dit liet weten aan de receptie in de morgen, moest in Engels spreken (IN TURNHOUT !!). Dit kan niet. Niet dat ik de taal niet machtig ben, maar dit kan gewoonweg niet.

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij het inchecken. Heel propere kamer en douche

Cons:

We vonden ´s avonds geen afstandsbediening voor de airco. Toen ik het ´s morgens meldde kreeg ik gewoon te horen dat ze kapot was op die kamer. Jammer dat ze het niet eerder verteld hadden. Het restaurant was ook dicht wegens verbouwing.

Het was oldoende, maar op de foto's zag het er beter uit.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect. Dichtbij het centrum en elektrische opladen voor de auto in de buurt. Professionele personeel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De gym mocht geen naam hebben. Het zag er troosteloos uit, werkelijk een benauwde hok. En er waren te weinig gratis (nederlandse ) tv zenders. Een heel beperkte keuze.
