Pros:

Ontbijt was lekker. Bedden lagen goed. Personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Kamer was zeer klein. Geen handdoeken aanwezig. Deur naar de kamer ging amper open. Trap was zeer smal, lift raad ik niet aan.

Absolute Disgrace – Avoid This Place at All Costs!

We booked a room through Booking.com, but what we actually got was a complete nightmare.

Upon arrival, we were shoved into an annex building that only housed a few rooms. The welcome—if you can even call it that—was abysmal. The staff was far too busy running the restaurant and couldn’t be bothered to properly check in a guest arriving late. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

To make matters worse, accessing the room required navigating a ridiculously narrow spiral staircase, making it practically impossible to haul large suitcases up. Once we finally made it, the room itself was tiny and downright filthy. The bathroom was a total insult to any traveler looking to unwind after a long day on the road. The sheer lack of comfort was staggering.

None of this matched what was advertised on the booking.com website:

No Parking: Despite claims online, there was zero parking available, not even anywhere nearby.

No Air Conditioning: The lack of AC was "compensated" with a noisy standing fan that made far too much noise to actually leave on at night.

There is a blatant lack of respect for customers here. We will never set foot in this hotel again.

Нам всё очень понравилось! Особенно хочется отметить персонал — все очень приветливые, доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь.

Расположение отеля — просто 100 из 100! Очень удобное, всё необходимое находится рядом. Также большой плюс — уютный ресторанчик прямо внизу, где можно приятно провести время.

В целом, остались только положительные впечатления. Всё было отлично, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова! Однозначно рекомендуем!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel,et l'accueil de tout le personnel des 3 établissements.Bon rapport qualité prix du restaurant gastronomique.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé par erreur le gîte plutôt que l'hôtel,la chambre est spacieuse mais a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et d'un bon nettoyage.(poussières et toiles d'araignées).

Klein en drukke locatie

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel

De ligging ligt in het drukke gedeelte en dat wil zeggen dat je voor 2u ‘s nachts geen oog hoeft dicht te doen …. Nadien rond 3u ‘s morgens beginnen de ledegingen van de glas containers wat een hels lawaai is en om dan aan te sluiten met de vuilophaling tot rond 5u…. Dus als je rustig de nacht wil doorbrengen ben je eraan voor de moeite! Het ontbijt was maar belabberd fruit die er niet erg vers uitzag en 2 diepvriesbakken koekjes en wat zuivel geen 16€ waard. Dit is 2x in Honfleur en omdat het vorige keer zo goed was viel het deze keer tegen dus het volgende bezoek zal op de vorige locatie doorgaan dat even buiten het centrum lag.
