La habitación tenía un ventanal tremendo para ver hacia la calle malecón pero las cortinas no funcionaban. Tal vez un poco más de atención a los detalles.

Cómoda experiencia
Pros:

Lo mejor era la vista al malecón 2000 desde la habitación, la refrigeradora funcionaba perfecto, el televisor era smart TV y contaba con cuentas de Amazon Prime y Netflix, además de Youtube. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Muy atento el personal ante cualquier duda que surgía.

Cons:

El desayuno buffet era tipo americano, no muy variado. Instalaciones como sauna y vapor se encontraban apagados al momento del ingreso. Faltaba un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones del baño (lavabo y ducha). El agua caliente demoraba un poco en funcionar. Además que sería mas agradable que las sábanas de la habitación fueran un poco más largas y abrigadoras.
