Byli jsme již několikrát, neřekl bych, že je zde nějaká vyloženě vada. Starší hotel s dalšími výhodami.
Pros:

Takové normální ubytko, hotel prochází postupnou a hosty neotravujici rekonstrukci.
Hotel v centru všeho dění, všude blízko, služby perfektní, perfektní domluva, vybavení bych nehodnotil, je to o názoru každého. Cena je perfektní!

Cons:

Nevýhoda může být právě výhoda hotelu a to je centrum města a hlavního náměstí v blízkosti lázní, páteční a sobotní koncertní akce - není ale celoročně!

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war Zentral. Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Frühstück war außerhalb, aber gut zu erreichen. Es stand nur ein Lift zur Verfügung der zweite war meistens Zeit defekt.

Pros:

Blízkosť k jazeru iba cca 3 min., priamo v centre, všetko dostupné peši
Úslužný a ochotný personál
Na raňajky treba prejsť do blízkeho hotela cca 3 min. , ale veľmi chutné

Cons:

Škoda že už raňajky nepodávajú priamo v hotely, ako to bolo v minulosti

Nagyon jól èreztük magunkat,a recepciósok nagyon kedvesek voltak,a szàllàs tiszta,az àgy kènyelmes ès a Hotel nagyon jó helyen van,minden könnyen elèrhető.Ha legközelebb ,,arra,,jàrunk szintèn oda fogunk menni amennyiben lehetsèges lesz,köszönjük szèpen....

Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Lokalizacja super. Personel uprzejmy.

Cons:

Niestety bardzo brudno. Po godzinie 6 rano hałaśliwy personel sprzątający uniemożliwia sen. Komfort akustyczny żaden - cienkie nietłumiące hałasów drzwi.

Kellemes fogadtatás.Jó szálláshely.
Pros:

Bőséges reggeli laktató és finom.Hévízre még visszatérek.Ajánlom minden kedves utazónak,kőzel volt a Hévízi tó .. és könnyen bejárható a környék.Nagyszerű feltőltődés.

Helpful staff, location really good for going to the lake then be around café and restaurant.... bus station.
Very very nice the room was cooled down already.

Cons:

Minor thing but if i put a sign on the door do not disturb, pet in the room then I was surprised the door was opened because the signs were not in same place and only closed with 1 turn. I dont like because the dog could escape or get confused it is not me. Luckily all was good as I got in. For the noise outside, we'll it depends on people who forget they are not alone.....
