Location was great for getting around the area. Plenty of parking places, easy to find.
The bathroom was modern, clean and had good shower.
The walls are very thin and the tea selection in the room was poor. No herbal teas offered.
The location is out of Haywards Heath itself but is only a 20 minute walk from the centre so away from the bustle and close enough for a stroll into town.
Minimal effort on vegetarian choices
Friendly staff, easy to park.
Plug sockets and bit weird and outdated. Door draught excluder kept falling off. Bathroom a bit dated and my room looked directly at the dining area sp couldn't leave my curtains or blinds open.
Nice and clean very pleasant and helpful staff
The hotel lacked a lift.
Bathroom fittings were OK but required effort to operate. This was minor.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking for staying guests.
There was nothing to dislike.
Clean air conditionec
Breakfast . Queue to make coffee|tea . Bread ran out to make toast . Cooked breakfast ran out . Lack of tables for 2 people .
Stayed for one night with friends, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were very modern. There is ample parking and are bus links nearby and it's a 25 min walk to the station.
Nothing!
Handy carpark, walkable distance to the train station if you’re fit enough, great shower
Very outdated hotel, not very comfortable room. We were in room 215 and the aircon was leaking water on the carpet and it was really wet on one side and the room smelled really damp and not nice. The aircon made loud noises sometimes too. We were on the first floor and weren’t offered to use a lift, only stairs (I’m not sure if there is a lift), staff were nice but didn’t do anything about the wet carpet and damp smell.
Breakfast was fine. Location good
Bodywork dispenser was not working.
Had a lovely evening meal in the bar with good choice of menu.Staff very attentive and pleasant.
Good breakfast.
Good stopover point for our trip so ideal location.
In a ground floor room which I wasn't keen on as I like the Windows open but there was a air cooler in the room which was a bonus so not so bad.
