Great location and a great experience all in all.
Pros:

The location was great. The surrounding streets have plenty of offer of coffee shops, brasseries, etc for lunch, breakfast, drinks. The Metro is very near and convenient. It is also a short walk to Le Marais and to the centre.

Cons:

The rooms are just big enough to fit the beds and a small desk, but that was all I needed so not really a negative.
