Just the location

Cons:

The biggest issue was the fan. It was very loud throughout the night, and even when it was turned off, it continued running. Because of the constant noise, I was unable to sleep properly.The room 414 was not very spacious, there was also a noticeable humid smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.

It was a great place to stay for the weekend

The location was great, it was across the mall. The room was very comfortable. The service at the bar was good and at the front desk.

Not really worth the cost, staff seemed unprofessional. Only would stay because of the location.

The bed was comfy, room was clean, great location for a trip to Canada's Wonderland

Cons:

Staff entered the room before 9am while we were still sleeping, front desk said this was normal and didn't see the issue, bar was closed by 11, food/coffee was kind of expensive. When we checked in, we were given the wrong room number (by someone who seemed like the manager in an awful/ugly Gucci shirt). There's no fan in the bathroom, so I hope you only have to pee.
