Muy bueno todo
Pros:

Me gustó todo. La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable, rápido y servicial. Tanto para el desayuno en el restaurante, como los conserjes y todo su personal!! Muy limpio e impecable todo.

Cons:

La cama tiene que ser mejor. Estaba un poco débil ( eso parecía) y como Indira en el medio. Se los dije y vino un personal de mantenimiento a mejorar algo, pero en realidad para mí deben cambiar la cama

Quiet room in central location
Pros:

Perfectly central location in La Latina, made all the Madrid sights very walkable. Friendly staff. Nice neighbourhood with many tapas bars and other eateries. At the same time quiet room to the back.

Cons:

Room was seriously small with bathroom separated only through a milk glass window. No windows to street.
Cleaning was supposed to happen between 9 and 2:30 but the room cleaning service always came after 3:30 when we were relaxing in the room before going out later again. Hence,.room was never cleaned.

Localização perfeita, com muitos restaurantes na rua e próximo de tudo. Café da manhã e quarto muito bons.

Great location and view from balcony. Very nice and clean room too!
Pros:

Great location and view from balcony was just amazing. Very close to downtown and nice neighborhoods like Sol square. The room was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay in the same place if I visit Madrid again.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima vicino a plaza Mayor, camera piccolina ma dotata di tutti i confort,spazi ben organizzati.la camera era affacciata sul cortile interno e non si sentiva nessun rumore esterno, ma neanche dalle altre camere .quartiere pieno di ristoranti e c'è anche mercato san Miguel a 2 passi

La camera senza finestra non è adatta a soggiorni lunghi, dopo un po' risulta straniante...unico appunto è di fare un po più di attenzione alla pulizia delle camere tipo svuotamento cestini...
