Pros:

Super-clean, nice staff, good breakfast, sparous rooms, great location.

Very good location.

Honest housekeeping! I left my Shokz one night after check out. I called them, they kept it safe and I got it back.

Nice budget friendly hotel with breakfast but delayed checked in due to booking.com

The price including breakfast and location was budget friendly

Hold up for 1 hr due to wrong information from booking.com.to hotel in room reservation. i booked and paid for 3 room which was clearly visible inside the apps but booking.com told the hotel the booking was only for 1 room.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Ideal location for night markets, ferry and Suria Sabah shopping mall. The gym had all the basic equipment and in good condition. They also stored our luggage when we went to Sepilok for 3 nights. Good wifi for working too.

A well maintained classic hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself was fine, and I have no complaints about it. The front desk was good, the elevator was fast, common area was clean. And surprisingly, the room service menu was very affordable, I liked it a lot. It is just opposite Suria Sabah shopping mall which is super convenient, I loved it.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the loud noise coming from nearby after 10:00pm and all night long. It sounded like some kind of steelwork or heavy industrial operation. I suspect it may have been construction piling or container handling at the nearby jetty. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep. It was very inconsiderate to have such noisy work going on so late at night.

Staff dan lokasi 5 bintang. Harga berpatutan 9/10.

Tilam katil dan kerisi rehat perlu d tukar sudah terlalu lama. Tilam tenggelam dan alas kerusi sudah tidak berfungsi.. Cadar dan sarung bantal perlu d tukar setiap hari, berus gigi perlu d sediakan...lantai tandas licin, singki air bertakung lambat surut.
