Good hotel. Terrible booking.com
Pros:

close to Gaya streets, water front, new DBKK jetty, suria Sabah mall, daily clean up, excellent staff friendliness

Cons:

Noisy at night, old building, old furniture, furniture is not clean, knowledge of staff for the surrounding area of hotel. booking.com is a terrible platform that when I faced issue accessing with my hotel booking, I could don't find any contact number or email to booking.com. booking.com also claim to provide me 'free' taxi ride from airport to hotel. But the voucher never appears. I tried extremely hard to find a call contact to booking. When I got hold to booking.com they said the voucher has expired. booking.com service is so terrible I'm considering to stop using booking.com for good.

Pros:

The view was wonderful. Overlooking sea and the Suria Sabah Mall. Location was excellent and easy to get to surrounding area with walking only. Just walk across the hotel, there was option for every shopping you needed.
