Good clean, quiet hotel very close to the water and many restaurants.
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to the waterfront. Decent breakfast for the price. Many restaurants and mini markets close by. Friendly and welcoming staff. Big room and very big bathroom.

Cons:

Nothing to not like. For this price I feel it was a steal.

The hotel overall looks well maintain and clean.

Cons:

Service from receptionist when I request something. They said they will send to me later but they don't. It happened to me twice. once I asked prayer mat and another once is towel.

Wonderful staff and location. Will recommend.
Pros:

The staff members are very attentive to our needs and they are always right there. The location is near to tourist spots and also an easy place for the Grab drivers to pick up and turn around. The price is very reasonable, and the breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The room was small without a view, but that has been accurately reflected in the price.

Great stay, will come again!
Pros:

The bathroom shower head was leaking badly and when I informed the receptionist, immediate actions were taken to replace that shower head. Made our stay more pleasurable. The staff were also very kind, respectful and patient with our requests.

Cons:

Maybe a bit more improvement on the breakfast. The breakfast spread was okay-ish. Other than that, no complaints!

Value for money in Kuching

First time stay in Abell
Pros:

I love our room with 2 single beds even though is small but tidy and was surprised when we asked for packed breakfast send to our room early & they really prepared a good one delivery to our room. Price is cheap & affordable with walking distance near to many shops

Pros:

酒店的房间很舒服干净，该有的设备都有，牙刷，牙膏，shampoo，body shampoo，吹风机都有。
地点靠近padungan，附近有咖啡店所以不怕难找到吃的。
重点酒店员工很亲切，乐于助人。从check in到check out都给人很舒服的感觉。
