Estaba molt net, llits comodes, la senyora de la recepció molt amable i el personal del restaurant molt atents i el menjar molt bó, tenen molt repertori de carns del diferents parts, Austràlia, Nova Zelanda....

Friendly staff. Good room. Good location.

The people were friendly and helpful. The room AC was nice and strong. The location was fairly central

Cons:

They require a RM200 deposit in cash to be returned at the end of the stay which is understandable, but if you’re either coming into or going out of Malaysia from a different country, this means either you need to get cash converted as soon as you land pre-check-in, or get that cash converted right after check-out on the way to the airport which is pretty inconvenient.

I ended up staying here for about 2 weeks and the staff were absolutely incredible. Maybe the best service ive had at a hotel! They were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, even the windowless rooms are airy and clean. The breakfast is great. The location is also perfect. Close to the waterfront, malls and restaurants. Highly recommend 👌

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Location is one of the best features: it is near the Sarawak River and on the edge of the business district, yet still an economical option. Clean rooms with good space. Nearby shops and convenience stores make staying comfortable when travelling with family. The breakfast spread is nice and has reasonable options for vegetarians. Grab is available all the time, and you can easily shuttle back and forth from other places in the city.

Cons:

If you need vegetarian options, there aren't many nearby, and you'll need to order through Grab or go to the business district, which isn't too far.
